Great Hotel in the heart of Kuta. We had an upstairs room which was lovely and clean, the beds are very comfy and you have air conditioning and the option of a fan. There was an outside bathroom, which was an added bonus and the breakfast was an all day breakfast so you could go anytime you wanted, the pool area is lovely, especially after a day of sight seeing. the staff were so friendly and always had a hello and a smile, they also arranged a taxi tot he main port back to Bali for us, at a very reasonable price. Kuta main area was only a brief walk away so you didn't need to hire a bike if you didn't want to. I would highly recommend this hotel for people wanting a lovely hotel in the heart of Kuta

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and want to especially highlight the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Every member of the team — from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff — was incredibly helpful, courteous, and always ready with a smile. What stood out the most was the personalized attention given to each guest. You can truly feel that genuine hospitality is a core value here. Small thoughtful gestures and a willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly memorable. Any request was handled quickly, questions were answered with care, and there was always a sense of being well looked after. While the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, it’s really the people who work here that make the biggest difference. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team — I will definitely be returning!

The place is super central and really well done. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is good and you feel at home. It's lush, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a lovely outdoor bathroom.

So, I wouldn't fault much about the hotel itself, it's really well done. The one fault they could do better on is keeping a clean pool, it was quite murky from continuous use (lots of kids in it). Another thing, there were building works that started early each day, they could have let me know that my room would have noise. Finally, and this is not in their control, vibe wise it feels like a bit of a family hotel. Lots of young kids , which creates a different dynamic. The pool becomes a kiddy pool, you wake up from crying kids early and stuff like that. That's not for me, but it's also not a fault. I share this for the benefit of others. All in all, great place, with room for minor improvements.

We absolutely loved our stay here! In addition to the lovely staff and service, we thought the breakfasts and food here was amazing. You have a selection of “breakfast packages” that are available all day. We tried different ones and they were all delicious. We couldn’t get enough of the juices and the coffee served here was the best we tried in Indonesia. The owners of the hotel are Spanish which explains why the food is so good, especially if you fancy taking a break from the typical Indonesian dishes although they are also on the menu! The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the central restaurant and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a nice pool and sitting area if you fancy a dip. I would recommend hiring a scooter to move around the area as there are a lot of nice beaches to see like Tanjung Aan beach and Selong Belanak beach.

The property was lovely, staff would do anything for you but booking bikes and taxis. Food was great, a little slow but that’s the vibe which I have no issue with. Facilities all great for families.

A lot of building work going on behind property so if you want a long lie you won’t get this. However aware this is not the hotels fault but no info on this before booking. Staff meeting being held in restaurant before we left whereby they were being shouted at by I’m guessing was manager. This shouldn’t have been done infront of guests. Constructive feedback rather than shouting should be given away from the customer.

+++ we enjoyed our stay in Sikara so much, we will definitely be coming back there! It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING! Thanks so much to the whole team! Couple things to improve: - soundproofing the walls. You can literally hear everything from the outside. Good thing we brought earplugs. - food at the restaurant. We were a little disappointed by the quality of the food. We had some snacks by the pool and breakfast maybe couple of times, but it was always missing the taste. - taxi service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We paid 500k for taxi services from the hotel, when we could’ve taken local taxi for 170k. Price difference is huge, but we thought it will be easier, faster and better quality. When we left the hotel, driver got a call from a hotel, and apparently wrong taxi took us, so we had to change the car. Moreover, the driver was speeding so much, we asked multiple times to slow down, because we didn’t feel safe. Taxi services have nothing to do with the great hotel services we got, but it ruined the whole experience a bit.

We absolutely LOVED it here. The most perfect luxurious room and facilities for a decent price. Staff were ALWAYS friendly and happy to help with anything. The room itself was so nice I could’ve easily holidayed inside it, and (sadly) enjoying the attractions of Kuta Lombok meant I couldn’t spend as much time relaxing in what I think is my favourite hotel room I’ve ever been in. Tonnes of seating for the pool and outdoor areas too. The location is perfect for us, a few streets back from the busy main area but still close enough that it’s only a short walk to plenty of amazing cafes and restaurants. And you can’t hear the mosque from inside the bedrooms which is a concern for some who struggle to sleep with noise. I will be returning to Kuta Lombok one day and will absolutely be staying at Sikara again, though I fear it might get so popular I’ll have trouble booking!

Great location: 5 minutes walk from the Main Street, but far enough away not to be noisy. The rooms were clean and a good size and the shower was huge. The hotel was able to arrange airport transfers. The breakfast menu included 2 gluten free options: sweet pancake (made with rice flour) and healthy breakfast (yoghurt, fruit, granola) but the healthy breakfast was much smaller than any of the other breakfast options and hardly contained any granola. Free water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Our room rate included free entry to a gym, which was excellent. There are classes and kids’ classes included in the price.

The hotel next door was being extended and rubbish was being burned on site, which made our room smell of smoke. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine in the room and 5 cans of soft drinks and 2 beers in the fridge. There was no price list or information folder in the room and as this is not a cheap hotel, we thought they were a welcome package. They weren’t and we were charged for them! As part of the breakfast package you get coffee or tea. Refills are not free, although this is inconsistent so best to check on the day. There are only 10 sunbeds for 32 rooms, but there are bean bags and parasols in the garden area.

It’s my 4 time staying at Sikara. Last year I stayed 3 times, and all the 4 times I had problem with the shower at my room. No pressure and only hot water in the first 3min. This year I asked for fixing and only had fixed on my last day (I stayed 5 days). Me and my boyfriend have a villa and on the first day we told them that was air on the pipes. It’s not a super expensive hotel, but it’s also not cheap and I really expect that they solve this quickly, cause I was having a flu on my 2 day and really needed a hot shower.

Very relaxed hotel close to mainroad (shops, diving schools, surf shops & restaurants in walking distance - 5 to 15min). Good starting point for day-trips. Good breakfast and restaurant (but focus on western food) Good massage with fair prices Helpful staff Scooter rental possible

Restaurant prices are a bit higher compared to outside. Smaller menu for local dishes. Maintenance works where done during our stay. It didn’t bother us a lot and we would still come back. We received a daily voucher as compensation.
