Beautifully designed villas. High quality fittings and fixtures. Very clean. Fantastic location - walkable into the main streets of Lombok. Fantastic restaurant at La Cabana next door. Very comfortable bed. Loved our stay and will be back again!

Bit of construction noise - which I imagine is now finished. The garden in the villa is so new & needs to grow, however some of the plants shouldn't be in such direct sunlight and are struggling! The villas will be amazing once the gardens establish.

We stayed in a small villa for a week, and our stay was fantastic – everything was simply great: the location, the design, the cleanliness – definitely worth the price. The breakfasts were very, very good, and the breakfast staff was super friendly, especially the lovely, smiling young woman. The service overall was also very kind and helpful – whenever we reported any minor issues, they were fixed right away. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again!

the villa is fully equipped, anything you need is there. Fantastic place to relax and enjoy your holidays.

Everything was perfect

The Konkret and the staff are fantastic, incredible helpful and friendly, located only 5 min walk from the center of Kuta and still a oases of peace and quite. We stayed in a 3 bedroom house, which is very spacious, very well maintained and clean. We want to thank all the staff for the nice stay. Jan and Annelies want to thank you for the invitation to the staff event, they enjoyed it very much!

Everything. From start to finish, the staff, the value for money, the location, the facilities, the comfort factor and cleanliness, the privacy, the breakfast and so on. This place checked every box for us. We came here as a surprise for my partner on her birthday, I was instantly offered the idea of a turn out for our arrival for a small fee and it was perfect. The staff went above and beyond with the villa decorations, cake and even sang for my partner on arrival. We actually ended up extending for one more night and adjusted our plans just to fit being around for one more day and barely moved from the villa just to chill and soak in the place we had to call our spot. As for the villa itself, aesthetically amazing. Very comfy, spacious and we felt safe the whole trip, scooter rental was also offered meaning we could reach the strip in under a minute, although it’s only a 5-10 minute walk without. Should we return to Lombok, we’ll be back here without a doubt. Thank you for everything!

The Konkret, Lombok hotel was an amazing stay, the design and concept of this property is really cool. The reception staff member Maliki, was so helpful and accommodating for our whole stay. Breakfast on site was so good, with plenty of options. Each villa is very spacious and well equipped, you have a full kitchen if you wanted to cook anything. The plunge pool and outdoor shower was a great addition too. You can hire scooters from the property for as little as $10 per day. Highly recommend for a more luxury but affordable stay.

Perfect location, great villa with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Bed very comfortable. Excellent layout which made it a great place to stay. Nothing was a problem for the staff to do for us.

Rooms not sound proof, so could here the pool filter at night, however property very accommodating and turned this off at night for us. Lots of building taking place around which meant road very busy with workers and noisy during the day.

Absolutely stunning. Great facilities, staff location. Breakfast was okay. If you want some room book the 2 bedroom villa, we had both 1 bedroom then upgraded to 2 bedroom. The one bedroom villa is not a lot of space however the 2 bedroom is worth the extra. Do not rent a bike in house, you will get a better bike/price outside

You would be fussy to find something here, we booked with breakfast however only had it a couple times.

We had the greatest time staying at The Konkret in Kuta Lombok. The quality of the villas are top level! Also the staff is very helpful and friendly especialy the manager Sudirman. They make you feel save and at home. Have any question? Send them a msg and you get the help you need! Also the place of the villas is located in a secured place just 3 minutes away from the centre of Kuta. Its easy to walk or drive out to get some good food or do whatever. Maybe its a bit more pricey then other places, but its a bang for your buck! They are building up some more stuff around the villas so I guess the place will get even better and better. Big recommendation to The Konkret!

The Konkret is an amazing property. From the minute we stepped into our 3 bedroom villa, we were blown away. It was so private, and so perfectly laid out that it was difficult to find the motivation to head out to do any activities. The kitchen was a bonus; travelling with a family, we get tired of eating out for every meal. LOVED the outdoor living/dining/lounge area. The Konkret was everything we wanted it to be...and more. And the staff are incredibly attentive and responsive to requests. We will return.

The only (tiny) issues were a lack of olive oil, salt and pepper for cooking. And the dishwasher left chemical residue on the dishes.
