Great room and comfortable beds. Quiet and well located to look around. Staff helpful in sourcing mopeds to explore the local area on too.

Would be good to have a curtain to block out more light as we had a huge thunderstorm whilst there. Shame there isn’t a pool!

I liked the bed. I liked the staff. I liked the breakfast because I like quantity so I had 3 different kinds of breakfasts daily. fruit, eggs, fish n rice. The beach club is for adults generally. Water seemed touch murky. but nice club with half price and free entry. awesome. Hotel has everything you need with shopping just across the road and around the corner.

it would have been a 10, but my window was making a banging noise. woke me up at 2am. I went down to the customer service and they fixed on that night straight away. That was cool. But I also noticed other rooms windows were also making noise. Being fussy here, but I am a light sleeper. over all great stay and will be back!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is very modern, well maintained and nice. So was the room we stayed in; it's clean and comfortable although we would have loved a closet or some more storage space other than a small bench and some hangers.

Everything morning at around 5 a.m. there were some ceremonial music playing in the neighborhood. Not sure if it was the local mosque or some other place. We woke up every time as it was quite loud even in the room. It's also missing a pool, which we knew before so nothing that would influence our rating, but still want to highlight it as you may expect it from such a modern looking hotel.

The staff was great! Very helpful, quick to assist and very friendly. The WIFI was exceptional and the shower was great as well; nice rainfall shower that heated up very quickly. Very new property in great location. I had moved from another hotel in Kuta due to a very musty smell that affected my breathing and Montana was a big upgrade for nearly the same price.

The room was a little on the small size and would have liked to have a work desk but overall the room was very nice.

Room service was a bit chaotic trying to communicate with the staff. It would be great if they improve their English. Chanting from the near mosque bothers too loud and many times a day (starting from 4-5am)

It's just a short walk to Kuta and Mandalika Beach. There's a cool cafe in the hotel, Kawan Kopitiam, and an Alfa Mart right across the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast menu changes every day.

The hotel features a day club located approximately a 30-minute walk from the hotel.

Very new establishment and very very close to the town and the beach. High quality beds with topper and modern furniture. Not a lot of storage in the small standard bedroom but a really large tv.

I believe the breakfast buffet lacks of fundamental items for western tourists like some pastries and more fruit. A bit expensive for what it is.

Excellent location! 15 min from Airport, near Bazzar Mandalika shopping centre and 5 min walking from Kuta beach. It also has its own shopping area. Kind, resourceful and always willing to help staff. Great service! Really nice room, wide and comfy. Great breakfast!!! Lots of options to choose!

One minor detail... At first it was difficult to find the reception desk.

The hotel actually meet my expectation. Specially if you are coming with your friend. the room wasn't big enough but its comfort. Good Location near to the beach.

The room doesn't have enough noice silencer. I barely can hear every party near my hotel.

New hotel at a very good location next to the beach of Kuta. They provide free access to the Mandalika beach club. Good breakfast.

The room cleaning had issues. Maybe the employees need better training.
