The excellent location - quite enough with some view of the beach but with walkable distance to Indomart, food and souvenirs shops within 5 to 20 mins walk.. There's nearby transportation stand outside the hotel too. The restaurant serves excellent halal breakfast. We've tried ala.carte dishes too which are delicious and affordable. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and hospitable. The room is cosy with good size and clean.

For some reasons, the hanger to hang clothes are very high . It would be great if the hotel provide iron and iron board. Quite strict on check out time though we managed to request for 30 min late check out to perform our noon / zohor solat.

This place is beautiful and peaceful, loved my stay here. * Everyone who worked here was kind and friendly. They do an amazing job taking care of the grounds and the rooms. * Room was spacious and beautiful. AC worked well. Bathroom was nice. * Pool was lovely. Pool towels were available. * I really liked the location as well. Close to some ATMs. Close to a bunch of warungs past Kuta Walk. Next to the beach. About a 10-15 min walk from the busy downtown area. Felt safe. * Wi-Fi was good! * the included breakfast was very convenient * they gave us 2 bottles of water everyday! Also there’s water in reception which was really nice

* Only one downside I hope they fix. Every time tons of dead bugs would end up on the end of the bed. I’m not sure why. Maybe there’s a hole in the roof? That was super gross bc then you don’t want to lay on your bed. (This was bungalow 6.)

This place was even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos suggested. The pool was absolutely amazing, and the bungalows were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a great location, just a short walk from the beach. Do note that it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the center of Kuta, but we didn’t mind at all. Overall, it’s the perfect spot to relax while still being close enough to explore everything Kuta has to offer. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Nice, clean, well maintained place.

When I asked for second coffee during breakfast I was informed that I I am allowed to have one. Over next few days they were checking on me if I do not drink more than one. Guys, not everyone is a cheater!!!. If you do not want me to have a second one it is fine, but do not assume your customers are cheating. Especially there was one staff member who was very curious. I want to say hello to him.

The room was very spacious and cleaned regularly. All in all, a very calm place. Beach just across the road. We appreciated the pool very much. WiFi connection was strong and stable. Restaurant menu was OK and for a good price.

Although we were informed that breakfast starts at 6:30, it was never ready before 7:15 - 7:30. It was obvious that the room equipment has seen better days, but it was all functional and sufficient. The hotel is situated a bit far from the town center (15-minute walk).

The surrounding area in front of our room looked beautiful. There were huge trees all around and the gardening was excellent. The pool area was also very picturesque. The food at the front restaurant was also delicious!

We had a isolated incident where there were ants everywhere on the toilet floor. I believe this was due to the queen ant trying to find a new nest but somehow ended up in our toilet floor. Luckily the problem was attended quick by the hotel staff. At night, the noise from the motorbike revs from the local boys passing by on the main road can be heard from our room. This disturbed the tranquility of the hotel.

Great location. We got bikes but it is SO nice to be able to just walk into the town for dinner. We got bikes through the reception at a very good price and the staff were so helpful. Lovely pool area and the breakfast was good. Loved having propper coffee with breakfast not instant stuff! Little things like giving pool towels and free filtered water dispensers really added to the quality of the place. I loved our little house and it was perfect for 2 people - omg the pillows are the BEST. Beautiful spot and so glad we booked here.

I've been travelling around Indonesia for a month and this was by far the nicest place I stayed. Beautifully built wooden bungalows in a lovely garden of old trees, shrubs and lawn with a large swimming pool at its centre. I highly recommend it.

The only faults being that the bathroom smelt of urine on arrival and didn't look very clean. I mentioned this at reception but it didn't seem any different the following day. I ended up cleaning it myself.  The only other issue, which spoilt it for me was Ramadan. No fault goes to the hotel but the mosque is next door and their loudspeakers are very loud! There was "call to prayer" in the evening 7pm until 11pm, then again at 2.30am to 3.30am and again at 5am. It was impossible to sleep during those times, and it occurred every night of the five days that I stayed here. I advise quality noise cancelling earplugs.

Buffet breakfast was varied and good. Staff was always very helpful and attentive. Location was quiet but at the same time close to the city centre. Hotel bungalows and space were amazing.

Cleaning was not up to standards: stained bedsheets and pillow covers (many stains, not just one), old towels and stains+ mould on the bathroom walls.

Loved the overall vibe of Puri Rinjani. It was relatively quiet and the breakfast was superb. The chalet we stayed in was roomy and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Nothing much. If I had to nit pick, I'd say the hot water for the shower wasnt really hot at all. There was some traffic noise from the road near by and mosque, but honestly nothing too disturbing.
