The rooms look nicer than the pictures and so does the pool! There is a TV with access to apps like YouTube and Amazon Prime, which is a nice touch. It was very quiet during my stay and I was able to rest well. I had hot water most of the time and the wifi worked pretty well too. There’s a water refill machine by reception which is great! It’s also right on Kuta Beach and in walking distance to some restaurants. Staff were friendly and they allowed me to check out later for no extra fee, which was a really nice touch!

The towels shed a little bit so you find little bits all over you when drying yourself, it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room because there’s plenty of space, the doors are tricky to open and close sometimes and you can’t pay for the room by card, even though it’s quite an expensive place 😅 These are quite minor things that if improved could make a big difference, but I had a really nice stay here :)

I loved the deep swimming pool A lot of greenery inside the residence. The beach is right across from you. 3 markets right next to the place and one of them stays open 24/7 The staff communicated well and was accomodating. The shower had good pressure. Although it's a shared residence, you get a lot of privacy and you don't hear guests nearby. The place looks just like the pictures. There is both a fan and AC, they both do a great job cooling the room.

The room could use a fridge (there is a shared one you can use by the reception)e, and a kettle. The bidet was not usable, whenever used, a bad strong smell came out which could be either due to the metal on it decaying or it being connected to a dirty water source. Didn't use it.

First we have to mention the staff as they were all amazing. Super nice and friendly and especially Elda at the reception was the nicest and took perfect care of everyone and everything. We stayed 2 weeks. The location is great - the beach is directly across the street, the street is closed for cars - so it is very quiet. The bustling area with all the restaurants and bars is about 5 min walk. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious as well as the patio, new and nice. The garden is beautiful with plenty of flowers. There is a big fridge at the reception which can be used by everyone and they also have a hot and cold water dispenser.

There are currently half of the bungalows still under renovation. Pool bar was also still under renovation, so not open. It was not too noisy but just to mention it to guest who might plan to come in this season. At the pool there were only 3 loungers and they had no cushions. So that was not very comfortable and only 3 people can sit at the pool. The cleaning was ok but there is also room for improvement (e.g. clean mirrors, wipe the floors properly). Sometimes warm water was gone, so maybe it’s solar powered and when it’s cloudy it does not get heated. We would recommend to put some hooks into the room to be able to hang clothes.

Nice and calm accomodation yet super central. Very very helpful and friendly staff! They made our stay a true treat! Special thanks to the ladies at the reception. Always kind and helpful, with laundry, motorbike, tips where to go and even super helpful sorting out our ferry trip back to Bali incl. Transfers The AC in our room was top (LG) Happy to come back

Sorted by priority (room Nr 5) The bum gun on the toilet had a terrible smell, hose and gun should be renewed - we stopped using it because of the smell Shower drain got clogged every now and then leading to almost "flooding" the hole bathroom after 2ppl showered. Should be maintained properly All windows could have curtains or simple hooks to keep the light out while sleeping. An additional shelf for storing you toilet bag under the sink would be really helpful. The light on the balcony didn't really work (very low and flickering.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and the place is clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend the Confidential to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Kuta.

On a small note, the door to my room wasn’t fitted properly and scratched the floor every time it was opened. The bathroom was also a bit cramped, and everything got wet after a shower—might be worth looking into.

What a beautiful oasis right in the centre of Kuta! The resort is located just around the corner of the busy streets and invites for slow mornings or relaxing at the pool. The staff was beyond friendly, super helpful and attentive. The room was nice, aircon working great. A big plus was the free access to an amazing gym (5 min scooter drive away), and a free water refill station.

Only the bathroom did not have any windows so it was difficult for the air to circulate. However the main room was not affected due to great working aircon.

Clean with a lovely pool and free water refills (which I feel is really needed) and most importantly the staff who really helped us when we were suffering with an awful case of food poisoning which effected us for most of our stay. We can’t thank them enough for helping with our recovery and felt relieved that we had chosen this place.

One of the only downsides was the water pressure, but I was still able to wash my hair. It just took a little longer.

tbh no complaint! the staff are soo nice, very helpfull. The staff is always at your service. My favorite is Rani, one of the sweetest persons i've met in my life! The location is right at the strip and next to the hotel you have supermarkets which one is 24hrs open. The swimming pool is nice and cleaned everyday.

It’s a nice and maintained property, the rooms are clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler, a little desk and a wardrobe. The location is lovely and located directly next to shops and restaurants and on the beach.

Access to coffee or too would be great for the price, or some basic breakfast which makes it slightly more expensive than other guesthouses/homestays.
