Location , rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was tasty

Staff didnt want to charge my card from booking.com they insisted on me paying with a card that cost me 3% more.

Best value for money that I get from my Booking.com booking so far. Of course, this is not a luxury hotel, but for a budget hotel, it is amazing. Staff is amazing, very helpful. Location is great. Wifi is very good. What is more important for me is that the guests were super diverse and respectful to each other. Of course, the hotel cannot control this, but it was a plus for us. We can definitely stay there when we visit lombok next time.

We booked the cheapest room, which doesn't have a terrace. Next time, we will book the better room next time.

We loved the staff, the pool was cute and the sunchairs were perfect with an umbrella. Location was close to many restaurants and shops. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked well. The patios were nice to hang out on. Nativo looks exactly like the photos! Adorable! Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Huge thank you to the staff for being amazing and the manager ! :)

My partner and I unfortunately booked the budget room which smelled quite foul of urine from the bathroom (as no door). The staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to upgrade to a much nicer room for no charge the first night, and we upgraded to the twin bungalow the following for a fraction of the price. Breakfast was okay, kind of small portions.

The property was very well maintained, the staff were so lovely and accommodating, the room was basic but clean and comfortable and all we needed. The location is really great for getting around the town in close proximity to the main street with restaurants, gyms, yoga, spas etc.

The wifi was quite patchy but for the msot part worked fine. The pool was quite warm but thats hard to combat when its so warm outside so understandable

The rooms were big and spacious. The pool area was nice and they provided towels for the pool. I like the layout of all the space with all the rooms surrounding the pool. Good location plenty of restaurants and little markets close by. You can also walk to the beach. Breakfast was nice

I wouldn’t recommend ordering food during the day, they told us it came from a restaurant next door. We ordered sandwiches and coffee which took 1.30 hours to come. The restaurant wasn’t next door. The Staff weren’t very helpful with this. Our friend was staying here at the same time she had issues with the lock on her door she was stuck outside for nearly an hour late one night.

Location is very central but just if main road and away from noise. Nice garden and beautiful pool. Rooms are soundproof from neighbours. Nice breakfast ( with Spanish touch) . Good aircon . Simple rooms. Very nice service and staff. Very happy would stay there again for sure

Could have a bit more cupboard space . The room could have some decorations, now very plain and simple . Totally fine of course maybe it’s the minimum style . If you shower the whole bathroom gets very wet ( toilet and shower too close too each other)

Over all it is a nice and quiet place in the middle of kuta, the staff is friendly and professional, our room was super cosy and comfortable and clean.

We had to ask the cleaner staff to change our towels (after 4 days) and our room didn't have space to hang towels or anything that needed to dry. The breakfast is good but the selection is limited, ok if you stay few days, boring if you stay longer, luckily there are plenty of options in town if you need.

Upgraded us upon arrival, an unexpected surprise that was very appreciated! Room was stunning, very large and spacious, perfect bathroom. Pool was so needed in the heat. Friendliest staff ever, very welcoming. Restaurant on site although it was a little expensive. Great location walking distance to everything but can’t also rent a bike.

Nativo Lombok is a very idyllic and quiet hotel in the centre of Kuta. The property of the hotel is very pretty and all the bungalows are comfortable. The location of the hotel is great as almost everything fun in Kuta is within walking distance. The breakfast is also great.

The rooms have everything you need but are quite basic. A bit of wall art would make the room way more friendly. The staff at the front desk was not acting very professionally; a lot of goofing around.

Comfy bungalow, big terrace, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, refillable drinking water. Location excellent in the centre and close to the beach, although Kuta beach is not the best, you have to visit paradise beach Tanjung Aan, 15 min drive from Kuta. Hotel staff can help with the transport arrangements.

We were in Ramadan time and praying singing were loud and also during the night. In the morning we heard roosters. But we managed to sleep, so it was not a big problem for us.
