Great location! The balcony had a nice view and I loved the swimming pool.

Good location. Large rooms. Comfy beds.

Our first night we stayed in rooms that smelled like damp (but we did move to nicer rooms that didn't smell as much after discussing this with the staff). Not particularly clean and the rooms/ bathrooms could use a refresh. The towels were definitely not clean. The drinking water supply didn't look very sterile so we decided to buy water and not risk it. Could have done with a kettle in the room. Just a note that grab doesn't work in Kuta and really a scooter is needed to get around.

Location was good with good selection of eateries and shops surrounding. Staffs are helpful and responsive, helped arrange hotel transfer from the airport. Our driver Man is good and we used his services throughout.

The room was rather rundown I wasn't convinced it was worth paying extra for the deluxe room. The fridge and TV wasn't working but I guess it was just the room that we got.

Location was nice. Near the beach and restaurants plus bars. Okay swim pool.

Place has been built half. No breakfast service nothing. Room....disgusting.

It was cheapish

The music from the bars next door was unbearable we cut out stay to one night as we couldn’t stay there any longer. Staff were nice enough but not really very helpful or eager to assist . Place was not in great condition and needs a lot of work . Is not beachfront there is a paddock in front where they are burning off smoking is out the after that there a fisher people shacks . Beach isnt that nice and not a place we wanted to swim
