We had an amazing time in Jati Kuta First of all the villa was just amazing, it feels like a paradise. The location is perfect, two minutes walking from the main street and we found the breakfast option really good But most importantly the people..Jae and Yamin they made our stay wonderful, by always being present and sharing nice talks and smiles with us. We also had the chance of meeting the owners which are lovely people and their passion into making Jati Kuta a wonderful place to stay was tangible. I cannot recommend enough Thank you guys, Margherita & François

It is a beautifully designed and decorated villa hotel with a nice, secluded location while being at the core of Kuta. The villa is well-equipped and furnished with taste which creates a great feeling of calm while one still has the busy street of Kuta at 150 meters away with plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff is very attentive and kind and can provide and arrange very nice activities and day-trips. We loved the private boat snorkeling trip to the Secret Gilis and the surfing and beach discovery day trip! The personnel is easy to talk to and very knowlegeable of the area. Special shout to Yamin at the hotel reception who was very attentive and helpful and to Jae (also our driver and guide) who was simply great and provided us with great advice, cultural information and tips on where to go and drove us safely around - he made our trip super nice!

Beautifully designed space, jungle vibes, indoor-outdoor experience, clean and nice private space. The location was perfect, walkable distance to the town. Staff members helped us organise everything we needed during our stay (car transport, waterfall excursion, boat to other islands). The beds were very comfortable, we managed to connect to the sound system and use smart TV.

The indoor-outdoor experience was great, although we stayed during rainy season and when it rained for three days straight, everything around the common space in the villa felt very damp. Outdoor bathrooms are exciting at first, but became a bit tiring with the constant rain. There was no hairdryer in the villa, but to be fair we could have asked at the reception and they probably had it available.

We had the best experience. We had the two room villa and as a family with two young children it was perfect! The outdoor living room in our villa was perfect to work while the kids played in the pool. The staff was very knowledgeable, so sweet for our girls and very helpful in anyways. Especially our driver / guide Jae who took us to the waterfalls and also snorkeling at the secret gili’s en even dropped us off at our next hotel in Senggigi. He is so nice, full of fun and will tell you all about the island and its culture. Will definitely go back!

Beautiful place, you can see all the attention to details. Bed was super comfortable, beautiful plunge pool, outdoor bathroom was well designed and felt private. Breakfast was good too! I was a big fan of a little water feature that blocked the noise from outside the villa. And the biggest surprise, first time in Indo I’ve seen this - safe, filtered water in taps! Lastly, I appreciated the clever heating water system using the AC making the stay a little bit more eco friendly.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, so that wasn’t an issue, but having more storage would be nice to unpack the suitcases

Beautiful private villa made from recycled teak in the main part of Kuta (which is about 10 minutes from the local beach, though the nicer beaches are a longer scooter away) Bed was super comfy, great linen, breakfast to the room was awesome, staff very helpful (organised our airport pick up & drop off & an extended scooter rental, beyond our stay at Jati) We stayed here for our first 2 night in Lombok, which is a good starting point for exploring the island more. Would recommend!

The actual town of Kuta is not very nice - there's a development frenzy and it all feels disjointed, but there are great restaurants, spas, coffees etc in Kuta, so it makes a good base for day exploring. You wouldn't want to spend your day in town though - either enjoy your villa or get out on the scooters.

Was happy to be in a super quiet place with a magnificent outdoor living room and kitchen, while being in central Lombok, future local Saint Tropez, all differences considered as well. Great attentive service, advice, great surfing experience with the partner school. My teenager children also loved the experience of immersion in the Lombok life with such welcoming people. Filtered drinkable water installations are a great plus!

Minor comment: more knives in the kitchen. We cooked ourselves a few times.

One of the most special places I’ve ever stayed! Jati was a huge part of how wonderful our honeymoon was. The villas and entire property are absolutely stunning. The staff are some of the most wonderful I’ve ever met. We consider Adi, Yemen, Ahmad and Rah friends for life. They went above and beyond with their amazing hospitality. My husband and I never wanted to leave. We will absolutely be back! They also gifted us the sweetest card to celebrate our honeymoon along with stunning decoration. All were a surprise! The breakfast was also delicious! We were a fan of the location. It was close to everything and the staff gave us great beach, bar and restaurant recommendations.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport by Jan, who was lovely and welcoming. Even after our flight was delayed by 1.5hr. Our villa was superb; quiet, private and well kept. Having the pool to cool off and a quiet space to read and eat. It was everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious always delivered with a smiling face. The location is perfect, down a quiet road just off the main strip with access to amazing restaurants. For most of our stay we were taken care of by Dan, he was bright, happy and loved teaching us a little language to get us through our stay. He organised our bike and surf boats at any break we needed. Titi and Adi took great care of us and our room each day! They were always willing to help or have a chat. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. If there is availability during your time in Lombok, don’t hesitate to book! We will be back! Thank you thank you!!

Breakfast was amazing, the villas and all of their details were absolutely superb ! The typical houses are simply stunning. Cleanliness is exceptional. You'll hardly find anything better, forget about overrated 5 star, unpersonal hotels chains ! The staff, all of them, the owners are simply the best you'll want in a cozy family accomodating environment, perfect for families. A big shout out to Sadan and Titi, with whome we mostly dealt with, the best host/staff/guides you'll ever want ! Their organized tours will provide local knowledge and hidden gems. If you have not been at Jati Kuta Lombok, you're surely missing out ! Keep up the amazing work !

Difficult to find anything out of place, you would have to look with a microscope or Hubble telescope !
