We had a wonderful experience at Kies Villas. We were unexpectedly upgraded, and the king room was spotless, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive. After three weeks of traveling through Bali and Lombok, I can confidently say this has been the best accommodation we’ve stayed at. The garden and swimming pool provide a peaceful and tranquil setting, and having a bar on-site is a great bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Kies Villas to anyone visiting Kuta Lombok.

My wife and i stayed for almost 3 weeks, and loved every minute of it. Location is great, very close to main street with lots of shops, warungs and "western" restaurants. The rooms are good and spacious, pool and restaurant area are also great. Everything is cleaned spotless. Thay are painting and updating, so it will be even better The staff is so great and friendly, and will do everything to make you're stay perfect, with a big smile Thanks to Kies Villas for a realy great holliday!!!

The location was excellent just off Main Street. Property has wonderful character but is dated and needs and injection of “returb” or cleanliness to bring it up a level. I would call this a 3 star hotel with the full characteristics to be a 5 star boutique, just needs that attention. We stayed in our own private villa with pool which was ideal for the kids but there were a number of small details that would have made this so much more memorable. The staff were very helpful when asked for support but they could do more to make this “wow”.

The room is a little dated but the overall cleanliness of the room and the area could be improved. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only serviced once during the stay by the staff. Towels : These are old and stained. Need to buy new sets for their guests. Bed sheets : as above ; need to buy new sets. Basic cleanliness of room: Needs to be deep cleaned, floors properly mopped and kitchen area improved. Breakfast : Included in our room and decent provisions. Make the juices “fresh” and include americano coffee for guests.

Very relaxing stay! So peaceful considering how close it is to the main road in Kuta. Staff were lovely and very helpful, getting scooters/airport transfers was very easy. Felt very safe and would recommend.

The only thing that I would have changed is that I really would have liked a full length mirror in the room.

We stayed for a week at Kies Villas and our experience was incredible. The room we booked was amazing, with a great bathroom. The pool area is perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The staff were super friendly & helpful. They helped sort out all of our requests and never hesitated to ask us if we needed anything. They even took coconuts down from the tree next to the pool and offered them to us for free!! When visiting Lombok this place is outstanding value for the price, a must visit! We will be back again, thank you to the staff!

From entering the entrance we were transported into our own tropical luxury spacious villa with ensuite, a lovely shared pool very attentive friendly staff. Breakfast was included in our booking and exceeded expectations. We were able to hire a scooter at a very reasonable rate, the location was minutes away from the centre of restaurants, bars and shops.

- delicious breakfast - close to Kuta central/main street but in a quiet street - big room - nice swimming pool - lovely staff - lovely garden

- Kuta is a bit more expensive compared to other places in Lombok - maybe due to Ramaddan the presence of a mosque nearby resulted into many ceremonies (longer than usual?) being casted throughout loud speakers in the neighborhood

Beautiful place, stunning pool and bungalows. Kettle and original lombok coffee in the room. TV with Netflix and Youtube. Very good breakfast. Awesome tropical experience!

As the bathroom has an opening in the roof, we had some animals such as spiders and geckos in the room.

The place overall, size of the bedroom and bathroom, the pool and the breakfast - amazing, just as the bed: super comfy

My sink was slightly closcked and one morning I had to rush for breakfast as even if it’s from 7am, there was no one for the first 10-15 minutes, but aside this all very good

It is the second time I have stayed at Kies villa and I had another good stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool area is nice and the rooms are very clean. The villa is also very conveniently located within walking distance of the main road but down a quieter back street.
