We appreciated the position, far from the noises of the main road of Kuta, but anyway close to the mosque. The staff was super friendly and they cleaned the room everyday, we had just to turn on the label. They managed also for us the scooter rental and changed it cause we needed a rack adapted for surfboards, very very appreciated.

Too little green outside, no areas where to do some yoga, excpet for the place in front of the room. I booked a double with single bed and I thought there would have been a room like this also upstairs, but the only one was downstairs. And it wasn't all cleaned and ready for us. They prepared the one upstairs cause i asked a room upstairs (they didn't considered the single beds reservation maybe). Quite expemsive looking around other places. No break in our deal. But staff super nice. Too much noise from the mosque. Better farer away if you want to sleep. The bathroom has wall broken in different points and no nest for mosquitos. This is absolutely negative sorry. You should add it.

Quaint place, clean room, nice little swimming pool, reasonably priced (for what we paid), helpful and very friendly staff!

Lack of dining facilities (we ended up ordering Grabfood). Do note that although the place is not very far (walking distance) from the main Kuta stretch there were many stray dogs around which made it a bit dicey to walk on foot, especially with young kids in tow, if you know what I mean. Wouldn't be an issue if you rent a scooter..

-walk to centre is only 15mins but if you go out for dinner its a long walk down a pitch black road which is a little scary -wifi is terrible -not a comfortable place to work from

We would definitely recommend this hotel! We ended up staying at Lavella for 9 nights, instead of only 3! It is such a nice, quiet and calm hotel with a huge pool and sunbeds that were free everyday. The view from the balcony was incredible and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It was nice to have a scooter for the very dark road to the hotel at night, but we also walked sometimes which was fine. Good location in the center of Kuta. Very helpful and kind staff.

We arrived in a hurry as our flight out of Lombok had been cancelled due to Volcanic Ash in the atmosphere so this was an unexpected stay. However we had a lovely welcome mid evening by the managers. We loved our room with the terrace overlooking the attractive pool with loungers and towels. The bed and linen were of an excellent quality. The staff were courteous, interested, extremely accommodating and with very good english.

This property is about 15 minutes max from Kuta Town centre by foot. We do not ride scooters which would make the journey very much quicker.

I travel often, and I really liked the villa and how it was small and intimate. I stayed two different times and in different rooms. The staff was amazing. I had to use a computer and they let use theirs. When I return, I will stay there. The staff made me feel like family as a solo traveler.

The television didn’t work in both rooms when I stayed. I know you shouldn’t be worried about television when in a beautiful place, but I don’t go out at night and like to chill background noise of a movie.

The room is very comfortable, very well located not far from the city, possibility to rent a scooter directly on site. breakfast is very good possibility with eggs, toast avocado, smoothie bowl 😋, Bottled water available every time is a big plus. The team is great, all staff cares to meet your needs a big thank you to Rina, her spouse, Mando, Idi, Una and all the others 🤗 I’ll be back as soon as possible 🤩

Gorgeous accommodation in Lombok, we stayed here for 1 night for a treat after our climb to Rinjani summit! Comfortable bed, great aircon, excellent shower! Friendly staff who offered to bring us to our other accommodation in Kuta for no charge. Approx 15-20 min walk to beach and lots of good restaurants. Also amazing breakfast spot next door. Would highly recommend!

The handsoap was watered down which is disappointing for somewhere of this price. The pool is almost always in the shade so it's pretty cold.

We stayed at the bungalow which was very nice and comfortable. With this price you also get a motorbike for free which is very useful for commuting. It's 15' walking distance from the main area. The neighborhood is quite and has not a lot of lights but you feel safe. The staff was great and very helpful. They also offer breakfast which was nice. There is a small pool that makes it nice and you can use it whenever you want during the day,
