This property is facing Kuta Beach, the room is spacious, has air con, comfortable double bed and working showers! Staff are very friendly. Great rooftop cocktail bar upstairs with happy hour every night and good music, the music did not bother us at all when trying to sleep but may be loud for some light sleepers. You can rent a scooter from the staff at reception but there is plenty restaurants and bars just around the corner or They also have a restaurant on site.

The first room we had the toilet was broken, the whole toilet came off the floor when sitting on it and water leaked out on to the floor but we moved after 2 nights and then next room was WAY better! The furnishing and the walls could do with a little spruce up you can see paint or paper peeling away making it look a little dirty. I would say the price was quite high in comparison to some of the other better quality rooms we have stayed in for less in Bali!

I was staying only 2 weeks in Lombok, and spent 3 nights here, as a solo traveler, i met so many people here, local or even guest also, atmosphere was nice, i like the pool and location, easy to find anything we need. They also oganise transport and scooter rental, you can also take surf lesson with them, which so many beaches to try for beginner like me, its raining season in Indonesia but here we still have the sun every day. I will be back, will see you next year guys.

Stayed at this property for two nights. Really impressed with the room. It was huge with a lovely shower. Super clean. Good location on the beach and 10 min walk to centre of town. The property itself is a bit run down but didn’t bother me much. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They drove me out to the beach and picked me up. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the staff the most, Kenzo was a great guy and made our stay 2x better, he was so accommodating and answered all of our questions. Would come back just to play him in pool again. Perfect location away from the busy high street but in a few minutes walk u can get there

Nice pool with good location, staff was friendly, they always ready to help and give us advice what to do. We took a surf lesson with them and it was super fun with nice instructor. We will be back guys.

Lovely place, staff very friendly and eager to help with activities or renting a bike. Good location next to the beach with a swimming pool, right next to a bar.

Bar was loud the first night until 12 am, and bathroom had a few cockroaches, but that's to be expected. Would stay at this place again.

We had an amazing and very relaxed stay here. Thank you Azam and team! You were always there and always helping us whenever we needed anything. You need a scooter or surfboard or trip? They get it organized within minutes! You need guidance or just want to have a chat. Sit with them and enjoy their company. Thank you so much for everything! :)

The people, the pool, the position from beach, City, restaurants!

A little more effort in maintenance. Missed also open bar in evenings. No fridge og water heater in the room to make tea/coffee. Litte cost, but nice to have. Could have been soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

The people is so friendly, we met with good people ❤️ The staff is amazing and wants to help you with everything. They do an amazing job. Those guys are fun and are the kindest people I met. I recommend this place to anyone. You have a good room to sleep in and have a swimming pool as well. Fresh towels if you want.

Everything is good

The room was basic, everything was working properly, its nice place to stay, beachfront and close to the town. They also provide laundry service which was super cheap with local price, transport service, scooter rental and trip to Komodo island.
