Absolutely magical! I booked Kabila Villas in Lombok as a surprise for my daughter’s 19th birthday — her first one away from home — and it exceeded every expectation. She and her three friends were treated like royalty from the moment they arrived. The team at Kabila went above and beyond: the villa was beautifully decorated for her birthday, complete with a surprise cake, and thoughtful touches throughout made the girls feel like true princesses — a world away from their usual backpacking and hostel adventures! The in-villa breakfasts were a daily highlight: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The complimentary fruit platters were as stunning as they were generous. Every detail was thoughtful, every interaction warm and welcoming. It was the perfect balance of luxury and genuine hospitality. I can’t thank the staff enough — they turned a special trip into an unforgettable memory. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Beautiful facilities, very helpful staff, excellent central location.

We had some glitches with the wifi, but staff were able to help us rectify these.

The concept of the villa was very aesthetic and gave me chill vibes which i love. Staff were so friendly, and i love it that they had afternoon snacks every day !! The nachos with guacamole was especially delicious. Location of the villa was only a short walk to the bars, cafes and restaurants but still tucked quietly inside. Great warungs nearby too. I used their laundry service and requested for express and a reasonable price - they completed it in 7 hours. Although its expensive, I would definitely come back to unwind.

I could tell that some of the things in the room needed maintenance and a good scrub - like the staircase lights were flickering. The window near the staircase could not close properly (a small gap). The toilet taps were abit discoloured. The bathtub placement in the bedroom was a bit odd but it was great nevertheless. But i still would come back for this! Such a comfortable stay.

Gorgeous, spacious, luxurious rooms; large beds with comfortable mattresses. Looked exactly like the photos. Clean and modern. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Loved the snacks they brought to our room every afternoon. The private pool was lovely.

Wifi connection was a bit unreliable, but they promptly provided us with an new router, which helped. Could have had a few more kitchen utensils/ pots so we could more easily prepare our own meals.

Incredible villa, amazing staff and very conformance bed. Great location only a couple of mins walk to the main centre with fantastic restaurants so it was nice and quiet but close to everything. The staff bring you afternoon snacks and the breakfast included was excellent. Access to the xeno gym was a great bonus. We would definitely stay again.

If you need to really use wifi for work video calls, it wasn’t the best but was fine for everything we needed it for. It could also just be the wifi in the area…. I wouldn’t let it deter you from staying here.

There’s much to like about this property. Starting with the location, it’s not too far to walk into the main cafe strip, the staff, who went out of their way to ensure I was happy. The privacy, the comfort of seating and bed, nice pool that certainly I enjoyed.

I did have issues with my aircon. It just wasn’t working well and I did find it hard to sleep as the room felt hot and stuffy. But the staff when I reported this, went above and beyond to remedy the issue. So you can’t blame the staff, in the tropics things do wear out more quickly, and the response to the issue was commendable.

First of all the design of the villa is great, when you come in at first glance you think WOW! The room to sleep in is very big, it has a beautiful design with big windows and the ensuite bathroom is luxurious, the bed is big. Then the staff is just amazing, so so friendly and were helping me with everything. Every day they brought me an afternoon snack which was always super good. They helped me get a screwdriver and always with a big smile so thank you very much for that! Also I was working from the villa every day and the internet was super fast, never had issues with my Zoom meetings.

The A/C in the room did not keep up with the heat, probably that the roof wasnt very well isolated, sometimes I could see some light from outside shining through. Room temperature was usually 27 degrees. The staff did bring me a portable air cooler, which was nice but it did not cool down the room. Just gave it a breeze which was also helpful. It was overall quite clean but it can use a deep clean soon!

Villas are even nicer than in the pictures. Lovely pool, with lounge chairs. Comfortable, well equipped rooms. The staff is beyond amazing, very helpful and friendly with breakfast and a snack for when you return. The value for this price point is amazing. Location is also a big plus, a quit area within 5 minutes walk of the centre for food restaurants and nightlife. Access to a gym is included too.

The showers were cold, but since it was 35 degrees outside it isn't much of an issue.

Breakfast choices are delicious. Villas are gorgeous. Lovely little ‘treat’ (snack and/or drink) waiting for us when we got home each day. Reception staff sooooo friendly and helpful.

Could not recommend this place enough. The villa itself was 10/10. Beautiful well maintained and clean area. Little extra perks is that they put a 19L dispenser of bottled water in your kitchen, they bring an afternoon snack every day (coconut or watermelon etc). Location is perfect. Short walk to the main strip. You can book hotels and scooters through Kabila Villas. The staff were also 10/10. Constantly making sure we were happy with everything. So helpful with transfers etc. We rented a scooter through them for 3 days and on the second day they noticed our rear tyre was a little flat. They told us and organized for it to be pumped up; I think this just shows their attentiveness. We were in Bali for 2 weeks and this was our favourite by far. You won’t regret staying here!
