If I could give it more stars, I would. This is THE BEST room I’ve stayed in while in Asia! I work remotely while I travel, so room comfort and good Wi-Fi are a must. Not only did the room look like a small apartment and the internet would make Elon proud, but they also include a membership to an amazing gym just 3 minutes away from the hotel, allowing me to maintain my routine just like back home. The breakfast, staff, location, and everything else are A+ as well. I even considered changing my travel plans to stay here a bit longer, but I had to keep moving. I will definitely come back soon, though. If you were as naive as I was thinking Bali would be a relaxing experience, come to Lombok and stay here: no traffic, no constant construction noise, and beautiful beaches.

My second time staying here, love everything about Reset! Locatjon excellent - right beside the best gym in Kuta (XenoFit) and a short bike ride to best yoga in Kuta (Mana Eco Resort). Staff as always are extremely friendly and helpful, always wishing me a good day and addressing me by name! I was late for my checkout and they were so nice to give me extra time to pack and leave my room. 100% recommend!

Only comment is maybe they can expand the breakfast menu and offer some onsite snacks/ small dishes . Anyways you can easily ride out to The Well or NOHI for clean breakfast foods before heading out.

The staff were great and really helpful, the renovated hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were perfect. The best sleeps we have had in months. We slept 9 hours each of our 3 night stay! Great shower too! Breakfast was included and it was fantastic. 8 or 9 choices and my fave was the avocado and poached eggs on beautiful sourdough. Fresh fruits and fruit juices were also included along with tea & coffee. There was a great pool with comfy day beds and we were able to book a scooter out the front of the hotel. The scooter hire was a service but not a part of the hotel. Just a word of warning if you hire…the helmets need to be replaced. They are not safe as they undo with the slightest movement!

Great place. Amazing rooms and outdoor bathroom. Beautiful garden. Quiet location. Some people would want their hotel closer to the centre of the village, but it’s actually not that far. Nice staff.

Breakfast is somewhat uncreative…. But the bread is amazing.Quality of the coffee really depends on who’s making it. And they do something really weird: Every morning you have to search for your scooter, cause they move them for fun. Even if you parked the scooter in a real parking spot, you will find it the next day in a totally different one (if you are able to find it).

Absolutely stunning rooms, garden, pool and location! We loved how easy it is to get into town but also to the beaches nearby and the room was super comfortable. Everything was also clean and nicely decorated.

The only minus for us was the staff, they were nice and friendly but did not really have a chat with us or anything. Also after we checked out my partner went back to the hotel and got yelled at by the receptionist, she apparently thought he was selling something (as he looks local, he is from Bali) but he was just there to ask them for a scooter rental. We had stayed there for two days and spoken to her an hour before. The assumption and reaction were both a bit rude and out of place.

After a long journey, the late check-in was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The bed was super comfortable – exactly what I needed to rest. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was crystal clear, surrounded by a lush, peaceful garden. It quickly became my favourite spot to relax. The staff were always helpful, offering great service including motorbike rental and transport options. This place truly felt like a little oasis, Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere! I’ll definitely be back!

Great location, super close to the center and lots of restaurants. We rented a scooter so didn’t walk much, but everything seemed nearby. The hotel itself was really nice and very clean. Breakfast was delicious—just the coffee could be better. We appreciated being able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel, super convenient! But the helmets were quite old and dusty, and most didn’t close properly. I know many people don’t wear them, but we do, so that was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a solid stay!

Super enjoyed my stay at Reset Hotel! Loved that green terrace, it gives some privacy plus it looks beautiful. Amazing experience to have breakfast there, staff will bring you on request. Very well designed room, with plants in bathroom and cozy lights. Comfortable bed and what was very useful- a fan at the ceiling! So you have not only AC, but also this fan, which for me was great (more comfortable to use a fan while sleeping and in general). Ah and a gym membership while staying at the hotel - what a great bonus! Gym is right at the corner, super big and new. Loved that! 100% will stay at Reset during my next trip to Lombok!

Everything was great

The hotel is stunning. It's not massive, but it's very well designed so everyone can enjoy privacy. The rooms were incredibly clean every day and the breakfast was delicious. It's a little bit noisy in the pool area, but that's what you get if you want to be close to town. Inside the rooms you could not hear a thing from the outside which was lovely and helped getting incredible sleeps. The staff members are all amazing - kind, generous and always with a smile. Would definitely go back. Thank you so much!

Rooms were very clean. Pool area was great for lounging with plenty of sun and umbrellas for shade. Room was comfortable with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Cold drinking water available for self serve in the lobby. Great breakfast options with plenty of fresh fruit and fruit juice. Friendly staff. Access to Xeno fitness gym included with your stay including the classes.

The location is a bit further from the main part of town but an easy scooter trip into town. There is breakfast included which is great but having a full time restaurant for lunch and dinner would be really nice as well.
