It’s was quiet, private, and had a nice lounge area. We could work from the dining table and jump into the pool from time to time. The staff were so nice and helpful. They even surprised us most days with a beautiful snack in the afternoon. Our pool was perfectly positioned to get the mid day sun. We enjoyed using the gym at Xeno for a few times, that was a nice addition. Highly recommend this place, we didn’t want to leave.

We brought a mosquito net, it would have been nice to have been able to hang it up. Although the mosquitoes weren’t that much of a problem. Still 10/10 stay.

The friendliness and hospitality of the staff made it an ungorgettable stay. We came for our honeymoon and was greeted with a welcome pack containing which added a nice touch to our stay. The breakfast choices were great and we managed to try most of it; it was really yummy. We especially enjoyed the treats we received for turn down service, it made our stay at Kumbara much cozier especially as we were stuck indoors due to the rain.

The drainage system could be better because we experienced flooding outside the villa which made it difficult to venture to town on foot. There was a slight sewage smell in the villa toilets as well. For future improvement, we recommend to provide indoor slippers for the Villa and streetlisghts

Comfortable bed, great living area and place was cleanbed thoroughly every day. We loved the pool and location too. Staff is great!

Toilet door is see through so you can see the toilet from the bed. AC wasn't very powerful so it was pretty warm and lighting wasn't the best next to mirrors. Water pressure is pretty bad in the shower. Also drinking water pump stopped working every second day. It was chargable so the staff should just leave a charger to the guests or swap it every day. You expect more from honeymoon destination for this price.

Amazing villa which was close to the main town, but far enough away that it was really quiet. Everything in the villa was as it looked in the photos and worked well. Each day you were given a complimentary afternoon snack and had access to the local gym, which included classes. The WhatsApp concierge was really useful.

Make sure you use the safe. Unfortunately, we had two sets of airpods go missing from our villa during our stay. This was pretty disappointing, as everything else about our stay had been perfect.

Beautiful private quiet villas, in a great location, close to all the good restaurants and bars. The private pool, outdoor kitchen and villa were lovely. Super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious, and the WhatsApp concierge was very convenient. Hired scooters with surfboard racks and booked airport transfers with the villas very easily. 100% recommend.

The villa was very private and the pool was a really good size to cool off in. The staff were amazing! They addressed all our concerns and always had a smile on their faces. Every day they brought us a snack in the afternoon that was complimentary. The location was excellent. There were loads of great restaurants around. Just stay here. You will not be disappointed.

The property was private and quiet even though there was construction on the opposite side of the lane. Breakfast was lovely. The team were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and were very responsive. The housekeeping staff were hard working and accommodating.

Most of the team were lovely………at face value. Communication via WhatsApp was with the management team. The reception staff had no authority and always had to refer back to a faceless manager. The manager never showed their face. The linens and towels were stained however, but clean enough. Some of the linens could do with replacement.

Loved everything about the property, the location couldn't be better, the facilities were fantastic. Feni was soo helpful with anything we needed. Also loved the little afternoon snacks they brought. The pool, bed and all the little things were great. Recommend this place highly!

It would be great for the bathroom to be a separate space, but not the end of the world and it was still very enjoyable!

The villas were absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing! Always willing to help and attentive. I would recommend staying here. Just a short 5-10 min walk to the Main Street of Kuta it was perfect location.

A few minor things - there was very little storage space in the bedroom for suitcases and clothes. No toilet roll holder. I would still highly recommend staying here! It was beautiful

My stay was fantastic! Great location and amenities. 5 GHz WiFi, Google TV with numerous streaming services, concierge service, and communication during your stay was entirely digital via WhatsApp. Thanks to a partnership with a local fitness center, guests can use the gym free of charge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back!
