This hostel deserves more visibility. Almost every equipment for a good hostel is in there. Good mattress, curtains for privacy, lockers, bed lamp, towel, soap and shampoo, in a very nice architectural building! Only people are missing for a perfect vibe. Since there is only few people coming (I was alone during my stay), I can understand that the cleaning is not done everyday and toilet paper is missing, but I am sure this service was good when it was busy.

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms & toilets, clean towel, modern/minimalist vibe. They provide electric kettle, basic cutlery & plates, and a fridge stocked with cold beers and water bottles. Convenience store is just a 5-mins walk. Great for groups or those who prefer a quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

- The neighborhood quiets down after 7 pm - Might not be ideal for solo travelers given its self-service setup, which could result in being alone in the building. Luckily, there were other guests during my stay, so I didn't end up alone. - The front of the hostel is entirely covered by glass. I suggest placing a blurred sticker on some parts of the glass for added privacy and safety. - A fan in the common area would be a great addition. - One of the showers needs a repair.

Nice place, little sleeping compartments with lockable boxes. Strong water + hot shower. Clean. Big fridge. Hot water boiler. We were 2 people sharing the big 10 bed room. Many food stalls, ATM ( main road 2 junctions north ), shops around. Just opposite is a nice lady selling all kind of fruits.

No comfortable sitting possible in common area

The owner of the hostel was always on WhatsApp to help with anything, hostel or indonesia related. It was easy to use the lock to get in. The beds were really comfy and aircon was working well. You have a little lamp and charger in the pod and a duvet which was really nice! I only stayed there for 1 night but there's a lot of local warungs nearby. There was a volunteer when I was there who was so helpful and took me to indomart to top up my phone.

There was a very strong damp smell in the hostel and the bathrooms were a little bit dirty, and when I was there no hot water,,but it's fine for a stopover from the airport.

I was here for a very short time so I can’t say too much about the neighbourhood. the hostel is pretty quiet with not a lot of atmosphere but okay if you’re just passing through. I arrived late at night and all the curtains on the bed were closed so it was difficult to tell which beds were available

Very friendly staff, who helps you answer any travel questions. I even had breakfast with a girl staying at the hostel helping the owner out - very nice! Only stayed one night, but was the only one there besides her - so very quiet (Medan is not a tourist city).

I didn’t realize it is a self check-in hostel, which should have been more clear on Booking.com. Ended up waiting for a while by the door, as I couldn’t get hold of the owner. However when I got in contact with them they were very fast to help me in. This could easily be avoided if guests are send the PIN prior to arrival with a message via booking.com.

Irham who worked at the hostel is a legend! He brought us with his friends to play guitar and sing at a bar and showed us around in Medan on his motorcycle for free 💯. Thank you Irham

I really liked the layout and the space, the beds were cosy and comfy (in the pic I kind of bombed my stuff everywhere but I cleaned it up!! was the only pic I had), the space upstairs was so wonderful to some yoga in, beautiful light (I put it under pic of bathroom, didn’t have one of those but had one of the beautiful room!!) the staff was so helpful and the owner Julius was super nice. Definitely coming back if I’m ever in Medan!

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

Very modern hostel. Very clean. The bunk beds/ capsules are nice and comfy. The owner Julius is very eager to make this stay as comfortable as possible (well on whatsapp, unfortunately I’ve never met him) and he also organized the pick up from the airport for me. Very professional. You could always write him, if you needed help or support in organizing your trip. The personnel at the property do not speak english, but with google translate we understood us.

Beds are really comfortable and everything seems rather new.Self check in went smoothly.

The bathrooms weren't cleaned daily which I think is a must with dorms.
