The villas were beautiful and ours #17 had a great view and access to the pool. The bathroom is fully out door including the toilet - we lit a mozzie coil each night. There was a good selection of meals & juices for breakfast and they where excellent. Hubby couldn't go past the bacon & egg roll each morning. There are 2 areas of villas both with their own pool. Quick 5 min walk to Mushroom Bay beach. Lots of great warungs and restaurants close by. The morning concierge guy was always cheerful, helpful and obliging. The owner was also very cheerful and always engaged with his guests to ensure all was good - even arranged different pillows for us. Unlike the afternoon/evening guy.

Unfortunately the afternoon/night concierge guy was lacking personality and a smile. Didn't help with our bags, was not interested in showing us the complex and when asked where breakfast was served he just waved his hand and said follow along there. So our first impressing was very disappointing. The staff around the pool were not very good at clearing away empty glasses and plates that they served during the day.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. If you have any questions, they were there to help. Loved the room. The outside bathroom was clean for being outside. There were a few gehkos which was a nice touch. Only time we let staff in our room to clean because we felt so safe and our stuff were safe 🙏🏾. We had the garden view room which was near the restaurant and small pool . Next time we stay we will stay near the big pool just to experience it . We stuck to the Indonesian breakfast for our stay, and it was delicious 😋.so close to beautiful restaurants and the best beach on the island. I have no bad comments for this place . Thank you so much. This was a good place to relax and make memories that will last my lifetime. Thank you.

We stayed in two interconnected rooms. They were clean and comfortable. My family loved the location, a short walk from Mushroom Beach, and all parts of Nusa Lembongan are easily accessible. The breakfast is good, and varied. The restaurant seems very popular, with a good menu, although my family only had one meal there, preferring to try different places on holiday. We enjoyed the sound of live music drifting over from a bar across the road.

I didn't like the coffee, but I don't travel for coffee. There are a lot of mosquitos, which I think may breed under the outdoor bathrooms. But there are mosquitos all over Bali, and the bathrooms themselves are lovely. Swings and roundabouts. An old fella in the room next to us yelled out for silence when my six year old daughter was reading out loud just after 9pm ...so some may consider the walls to thin (we didn't find it a problem).

We are staying here for a week while doing a dive course next door, the location to the beach is great, couple of minutes to Mushroom Beach and 5 mins to Tamarind Beach and the path that winds its way up over the hill to Jungut Batu (past a little beach with a bar!) We are in room 3 on the restaurant side of the complex which has its own small pool with sun loungers to relax. The room is perfect, clean and with a powerful air conditioner great for the warmer more humid months. We have an extra bed for our teenage daughter and even with that it’s not cramped. The interiors are all whitewashed and the bed is large with mosquito net making it feel cool and tropical. I love an outside bathroom and this didn’t disappoint. Yes it’s rustic but the water is hot and plentiful. The outdoor verandah offers a large deck with sofa and chairs perfect for an early morning coffee. Breakfast is typical Bali with banana pancakes, mie goreng as well as western offerings including a pretty good bacon and egg roll! Just a not if you’re going out early you can request an early breakfast as most dive tours start at 7.30am. Just remember to ask the night before.

A few bits could be improved. The bale by the small pool houses a decrepit out of action running machine and a very grubby highchair that have sat there all week, a blight on the view from my sun lounger! Why not take them away, add some curtains and a massage table and offer massages by the pool 🏊🏻 stead of in the dingy massage room?!? I would have had multiple massages if I could be outside!

This was our second stay at The Palm Grove Villas, and we absolutely love the Balinese-style rooms. The outdoor bathroom adds an authentic tropical touch that really makes you feel like you're in Asia. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, every window has blinds for privacy, and the air conditioning works perfectly. We had no complaints at all about the room. The location is also ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Mushroom Beach!

My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast, especially the coffee that's included. Currently, it's instant coffee, but I’m sure you can do better! Offering at least freshly brewed filter coffee would make a big difference and elevate the overall experience.

The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. When I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was broken, which they only noticed when they opened the room for me. They tried to fix it and when it didn't work, I got another room in no time. They even helped me move. On my last night, a gecko moved into my room, they came right away to calm me down and help me get it out. The accommodation itself is very comfortable. There are three beaches nearby.

The bathroom is located outside the room. Each room has one directly and only the owner of the room can use it. It is very clean and nice, but in the rain it was not so convenient to go out in the evening to use the bathroom or brush your teeth before going to bed.

Great location, 2 large pools, beautiful gardens, really friendly reception staff, cheap happy hour, good breakfast options and fresh juices. Good coffee too at breakfast.

The rooms have no soundproofing at all, mosquitos were in the rooms daily after they were cleaned and geckos. The cushions on the chairs and mosquito nets etc were dirty and not maintained well. The decking around the pool also needs repairing and we got splinters. Overall we had a really nice time but there needs to be some updating for safety and cleanliness.

From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. All staff amazing will go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your time and stay. A place everyone should visit. Great food. Fantastic villas, Amenities and staff. I will be returning love this place and I highly recommend to others

Nothing loved it all

The room was fabulous. it was, clean, comfy spacious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and fun. Pool was lovely, as were the gardens and surrounds. Happy hour every afternoon if you wanted to partake. Great location, close to beach , restaurants, mini marts, shopping and atm. Breakfast provided was outstanding, everything we had was delicious. They make their own BBQ sauce in-house. I need the recipe! I would go back just for the sauce, but everything was simply wonderful.

That it was booked out and we couldn't extend our stay!!!

I really like this property! Comfortable, great location! The only issue I had was the tile in the bathroom. As the bathroom is only partially covered, the tile got wet when it rained, and it was very, very slippery. Not realizing this, I went to the bathroom one evening and stepped down onto the tile and my feet went out from under me. I’m lucky I didn’t hit my head on the step, but I didn’t hurt my neck and shoulder. I had to use towels on the floor to be able to maneuver when it was raining.
