This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever travelled to. The island is just a gem. The family who runs the place is so very friendly and kind, it’s very calm and relaxed, the restaurant serves some tasty food, the laundry service is also great. You have a waterboiler and get water, tea and coffee every day with the cleaning service. Had a couple of sick days and even then it felt just so cozy in that stay. Right besides, there’s the Syron spa, where you get fabulous massages! Dream beach is a 20 minutes walk, and close by there’s the hidden beach, also nice (but be careful when alone). You can’t ask for more, perfect value for money!

I liked the staff, they were all very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were nice and a decent size for one person. The kettle in the room with tea and coffee's I love for when i first wake up. The restaurant was great and good value for money. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach.

I'm not sure if it was mold or just a dodgy plastering job on the walls in the bathroom. A Mosquito net could have been handy. Got bitten a few times during sleeping. My shower was cold at first but once I let the staff know, they soon fixed it.

Clean rooms. Quiet and convenient location. Friendly staff. Great Warung on property (tasty and cheap!). Pretty pool area. Hot water (a rarity in budget accomodation on Lembogan.) Felt very safe.

Room didn't have a lot of natural light (might be a good thing for some people who like a dark room for sleeping). I would choose the larger premium room next time (room 5 and 6) as these had much more light. Maintenance in room could have been better (room needs to be repainted etc). That being said, it's very very good for the price. I've stayed in much worse maintained properties on Lembogan for twice the price. For the price point its 10/10.

The staff was amazing !! We love them. Always worried if you need something or how to make your stay more comfortable, they helped us with renting the motorbike and arrange the driver for bring us to the Harbour. They also have a restaurant and cafeteria there, cheap and delicious !! Another people from other hostel go there to eat breakfasts The facilities is good always clean Totally Good value for the price if you include the breakfast.

The bathroom is separated from the room and not seal, so hot there but that didn’t make or stay uncomfortable. Also in the future the could change the AC.

Staff are so kind and welcoming, and so helpful! Room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. Pool area is so lovely as well as the restaurant and the location is amazing. Great value for money, we loved our stay at Naturale Guest House!

Good location, nice and chill environment, 10 minutes walk to the beach. They have a warung on the front, that is very convenient and it was delicious at a good price.

The aircon in the room wasn’t working properly, it was really hot in the night. It could also help a new painting for the walls inside the rooms, it would make it look awesome.

The price is excellent value for what you get. Large room, tasty breakfast and a pool which is perfect to dip in after a long day out. They have good coffee also. The family are helpful and arrange tours etc.

No helmets for their rented scooters, so we used the lady across the street. The toilets lack some privacy as the roof isn't concrete and there is a gap between the permanent wall between the rooms and the roof of about 30 cm, meaning you can hear your neighbours.

Good value and location

Room smelt a bit damp.

It was very close to everything. The staff were lovely and accommodating. It was good value for money. There were only 2 large rooms and 4 small rooms in the complex.

The small rooms were very small.. we were lucky enough to change to a bigger one after the first night. Small rooms would have been fine if you only had small bags.

Excellent location, such a good vibe, great cafe, lovely and helpful staff, daily cleaning 🌴 the rooms are always clean and a perfect size for couples, bike rental was easy and affordable.

Nothing to complain about, although note the bathroom roofs are open so you can hear your neighbours.
