Really friendly and helpful staff. nothing was too much trouble. fabulous breakfast. Fantastic in-house massages with Rhea and Laini - some of the best we’ve had in 7 wks travelling around Indonesia. great location next to dandy Bay Beach Club, yet no noise and very peaceful. easily accessible to all parts of the island with a scooter. highly recommend.

no complaints, just one point of feedback. the bungalows can warm up a little in the mid afternoon heat. could do with some improved insulation or a more powerful ac. this was only a problem for a couple of hours each day, so no bother if you’re out and about as the bungalows cool down quickly late afternoon.

Restaurant is close but off site. We didn’t have a reservation and had to choose which table that was exposed to the elements, as opposed to sitting under shelter.

Could not recommend this place more if you are coming to nusa Lembongan. Service was amazing, the place was beautiful, each shack being unique in its own. The help with moped hire and transport to and from the island/hotel was so so so helpful. All of the staff were extremely friendly and exceeded all expectations. Me and my partner stayed for our honeymoon and they even left some special suprises for us. I also left my braclet at the hotel on accident which was a bad mistake, however, the staff was so quick to help me even shipping the item on the boat to get back to me. I will definitely be staying here again. P.s definitely use the spa my massage was so relaxing

We loved our stay at the The Garden Shacks, the staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble. Simply the best customer service. They arranged our ferry, a manta trip and a scooter for us which was wonderful. The little hut was very sweet and the outdoor bathroom was lovely with beautiful flowers. The gardens were stunning and we enjoyed visiting the beach club too where the food was really tasty.

The only thing I didn’t realise was that the beach wasn’t suitable for swimming. That was the only thing I didn’t realise, but it was ok because once we had the scooter we found other beaches to swim and surf at.

A little slice of paradise on this beautiful island. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. For example we decided to stay an extra night as we loved the place and they dealt with calling up the speed boat company to rearrange our pick up and boat time/day. The breakfast is wonderful and can be brought to your porch outside your shack at whatever time you request, we looked forward to the warm pastries every day. The rooms are spacious and very private as they are all detached shacks, really good air conditioning. They also provided two 500ml sealed jars of mineral water that would be refilled just by leaving them outside, which was a really nice touch. The outdoor bathroom is also a fun quirk, showering in nature but again it's all very private in our own space. You have free access to the sandy bay beach club just a short stroll away which was great, you could even go and get your bed before opening as a guest of the shacks. The saff there were also really great. Views out to the crashing waves and amazing sunset points nearby to walk to.

The staff were really nice especially Iluh.They were all very friendly and helpful.We hired a moped for the day from them to see the island.The breakfast was very nice,fresh and with a good variety.To have it on our verandah was a bonus.It was great to be near the Sandy Bay beach club over looking the beach.Loved the beachy vibe of the shacks and club.We had the 1 b/r pool villa - just perfect.Very sunny and bright.Comfy bed.Big bathroom with nice toiletries.Nice quiet area not far from Mushroom Bay where there are beautiful restaurants and bars.Definately can recommend.

The whole property is gorgeous. The huts are big and spacious and has brilliant aircon. Really chic rustic feel. The outdoor shower was such a plus and felt so clean. The 2 minute walk down to the beach club was heaven. I left the property / area a couple of times but nothing else lived up to the food, drinks or vibe at Sandy Bay. Would recommend over many other places I also visited on the island! Don’t be concerned about location, everyone comes here and if you want to get to the main strip it is 5 mins by moped (which the hotel can lend you!)

The Shacks are delightful! The staff couldn't have done any more, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast brought to your room in the morning 😍 Location was good, with the beach club just down the road - which was easily the best on the island 🏝

Few mosquitos due to the outside bathroom, but hey ho, it's an Island in paradise. Robes - one little thing that could just tip it over the edge to make it even more exceptional - some robes, bathrobes to throw on for breakfast or when you pop to the outside bathroom.

Perfect place to relax and unwind. The shack was very comfortable, and the outdoor shower was great. Breakfast each morning with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and very informative. I visited the spa each day for different treatments, different staff each time and all amazing. The beach club has great food and good mojitos. Thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel
