The hotel had amazing view with the luxurious amenities. Hotel staff was really nice cooperative. Rooms were really comforting and pacifying.

Hotel need to work on vegetarian food especially for the Indians. Breakfast is excellent for non vegetarain people but vegetarian people have very less options to eat.

Wow I cannot say enough good things about this place. First off, the location is tucked away but still a 10min close drive to the city. You feel so immersed in the jungle. We were lucky and had a short rainfall at nighttime and it was amazing hearing the thunder and rain in the jungle. Our room was fabulous, we stayed in the panoramic room near the pool and it was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfy. Also loved the turn down service at night and the nice welcome note The breakfast was phenomenal and something that I looked forward to every morning, all the waiters/ waitresses were so friendly and perfect. We spent some time in the pool which was beautiful, we also did a yoga class which was fun and our instructor was great!! Most of all, the staff was truly the best. They were so friendly and helpful with everything. Everyone was fabulous but Dion, Yori, & Bintang stood out. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

The experience from start to finish was spectacular. Heart filled with love the second we arrived. Welcomed at outdoor reception area with Balinese welcome drinks. Our room was upgraded without our knowledge to the most breathtaking suite. The staff take such pride in their hospitality, my daughter and I felt the love and gratitude throughout our entire stay. The gardens and pool area were draped in bright seasonal tropical flowers. Everyone took such pride in the resort. Thank you to you all for making the first part of our trip memorable. 🤍🙏🏽

This is a luxurious and peaceful stay in the heart of nature , with its own private river and waterfall! Waking up every morning watching (and listening) to the dawn and feeling completely immersed in the nature of Bali yet with every modern comfort is an amazing experience. The staff were wonderful, and the facilities and food excellent The pricing is more of European standard but staying here you completely understand why and definitely worth it

The rooms were very clean and the view is simply magical! The villas have their own charm between coziness and classiness. I would recommend the numbers in the 60s and 70s, as they provide the best view. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible, greeting you with a refreshing welcome drink and a big smile when you arrive at the reception and always provide help whenever you need it.

The meals in the restaurant were extremely small and very pricey (think Singapore restaurant prices; Nasi Goreng is about $SG14 for example), which would be the equivalent of fine dining in SG if you compare to Indonesian restaurant prices in town. The location is quite remote, so there is also almost no chance to get something from outside as it takes around 35-40 minutes to reach Ubud by car. Especially annoying around dinner when having to go to bed with an half empty stomach.

Nandini Jungle is pure luxury and tranquility. My stay at this hotel was delightful, although I must admit that there are more mature guests here than someone of my age. Mostly individuals aged 40 and older. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience, thanks to the hotel, the location in Ubud, and especially the excellent breakfast. Just a small note for the younger crowd: this accommodation is situated in the north of Ubud, a rather quiet area where Gojek and Grab aren't readily available for ride services or food delivery. Additionally, the hotel is about 30 minutes away from the center of Ubud.

Hands down one of the most magic locations in SE Asia. The hotel is excellent, the staff are amazing and the sound of the jungle at dusk and the waterfall at the bottom of the property were unforgettable. I did not want to leave, and will definitely return. Thank you Nandini Jungle for a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to come back.

Loved the overall theme of the hotel, amazing views and really clean. We stayed in the royale garden view room which was amazing as well as being massive. Would definitely stay at the hotel again, staff are very friendly and helpful.

A lot of steps, not an issue for us but can see if being an issue for others. The lift cart doesn’t go all the way down or up so either way there are a lot of steps. Food isn’t out the way on price but isn’t cheap either, ubud centre is around a 40min taxi drive, approximately £8 each way using a grab (Uber)

Since I was only scheduled for a one night stay, I wanted to experience everything on property. I checked in around 5 PM and decided I would avail of the massage appt that was open for 5:30 PM. Since I really did not know the full layout of the property, the young lady who checked me in became like a personal guide explaining all the amenities in my room and then escorting me to the spa area so I would not be late for the appointment. She would also become my source of information in case I needed something during my stay. From the SPA, I headed up to the bar for a cocktail and then had a full dinner at the restaurant. I was so surprised that there was a mini showcase of Balinese culture around 8 PM that evening. It was a wonderful way to be greeted to Bali. Heading back to the room required some steps and stairs from a lower level to a higher level where my room was located. The walkways were well lit so I did not need to open my phone for additional lighting. My room was exactly what I had hoped for. It was just a few steps from the main lobby. It had a spacious bathroom with an oblong soaking tub and also a great shower. The room also featured a two sided balcony/veranda with a lounge bed, a two person seating and a hanging swing. Wow what a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable with a desk that spanned the entire length of the king size bed. How perfect that I can just lay out my personal items across the entire length if I choose to. The best part was having a power source next to the bed so I can easily plug my phone. The next day, I was awakened by the morning sunlight. I had a chance to enjoy the hot coffee and the welcome fruits on the veranda before heading down for another appointment at the SPA. I also had a chance to just enjoy an early morning walk to the pool area. It was 8 AM so the pool was not yet open to swim in but it was so peaceful to just chill for a bit to appreciate the jungle view.

Getting to the hotel: Until you get to the property, you won't know that the property is a bit of a challenge to find. My driver passed the small signage in broad daylight while driving on a road that looked like two bike lanes. Luckily, there was no other car in front of us when we had to somehow turn back. Steps and Stairs I also did not realize what it truly meant that the property is on a hill until I got there and had to walk up and down numerous steps to various levels. From my room to the SPA, it seems that there might have been 8 floors between the two. So please be prepared in case your room is closer to the pool or spa. I had knee issues so I had to walk carefully and I took advantage of the outdoor elevator/Funicular from the pool area to the SPA.

Top quality service, who always greeted you, were available 24 hours a day, and did what they could to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Comfortable rooms with good amount of space. Great facilities e.g. Spa, pool, restaurant and bar. Beautiful location and resort.

Some of the extras weren't good value for money and were very overpriced. For example, the honeymoon dinner price was equivalent to the price of Michelin star restaurant in London or New York, but this wasn't reflected in the food quality sadly.
