It’s fully immersed in the rainforest, with amazing views from every villa and a lot of privacy. You don’t really notice the existence of the other guests. We spent 7 days and used it as a base to explore Ubud and its surroundings. We took 2 days just to relax in the villa and make use of the private pool and the view of the forest. The sounds of nature and the sun made our days there. The staff is amazing and Yoga even drove us to the airport on his own car as the scheduled driver had an issue the night before. He was careful not to alarm us and only told us about this as we entered the car. He also made sure we woke up as we had to leave at 6am. A note also to Wayan who took care of us daily checking on us and making sure nothing failed during our stay.

There are very few options for meals around the villa. Privacy and nature immersion come with that cost. The days we spent in the villa we took care of buying some food the day before, not to depend on long wait for Gojek/ Grab deliveries. Also you have really few options for walking in the area as we found the streets a bit unsafe due to lack of sidewalks and the cars and scooters driving relatively fast.

We had a great stay at Kaja Villa in Bali. The place is perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, surrounded by lush nature. The villa was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with the unique option of having it in the pool. The host was always available via WhatsApp, making our stay very pleasant.

The villa is a bit far from the main attractions, but this adds to its peaceful charm. Being in the jungle, there are some insects, which is normal in this setting. There is no restaurant or washing machine on-site, so planning ahead is recommended. Despite these small details, we loved our stay and highly recommend Kaja Villa for a relaxing experience in Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. We were lucky to be there during Nyepi Day, and the day before, the owner kindly invited us to take part in the Ogoh Ogoh festival, an unforgettable experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The booking included a massage for each of us, which we truly enjoyed. We would definitely come back, the tranquility, the views, and the privacy of the villa are truly unique. Thank you for everything!

Thank you so much Yoga and your team🙏🏻 You were so helpful and kind to us. It was one of the best places I’ve seen. The location of the villa is exactly inside the jungle. You feel so disconnected from the world but in the same time the staff can provide anything you ask for. The villa is cozy. There is a smart tv, the wi-fi ( I had no problem with it), coffee and tea replenished everyday, bathroom with an amazing view, air-conditioner, comfy sofa. The pool has a beautiful view, you can make beautiful photos. The breakfast was included and the personnel were bringing it everyday on time. Floating breakfast was available as well.

Some people write about the insects and wild animals but come on it’s a nature. During the whole stay we didn’t see any wild animal. In general everything was amazing! Thank you!

stunning property, private pool, in the middle of nowhere within nature, breakfast was served at our villa, scooter rental $20AUD a day for the bigger size, clean pool, sorted a laundry service for us.

Wasn’t anywhere close for dinner but we knew this before booking, didn’t realise we wouldn’t be able to use grab/gojek and would have to use their taxi service which cost $30AUD which we used once to be able to go out for drinks rather than take the scooter and drink drive

The villa we stayed in was quite new, clean and well appointed. Yoga the host was super helpful and he literally went above and beyond for any needs we had. Also the garden was very neat with lots of local tropical plans and fruits, such as: bananas, jackfruit and coconuts.

Keep in mind that the property is a bit far from the centre of Ubud. This villa is for a quite retreat as you are literally surrounded by the jungle and rice fields. I’d suggest to hire a motor scooter from the host Yoga for a good price if you want to explore around the Ubud district.

A true gem in the jungle. I wanted the last few nights of my 3 week Bali holiday to be on a quiet, secluded location, set amongst the lush jungle of Ubud. We were not disappointed. The private infinity pool with jungle views was magical. Upon arrival we were met by staff member PIKI… and what a wonderful first impression he made. Would do anything to make our stay more comfortable, including going out in the pouring rain to fetch us some soft drinks and snacks from the supermarket (we had asked for directions but he insisted on going for us himself). Thank you to our host Mr Ajik, his son Mr Yoga, and Piki and Kadek for your outstanding hospitality.

The villa needs a deep clean inside: some mould was present on the ceiling over the bed, and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Our host Mr Ajik explained work was underway replacing some old pipes.

We had a great time at the villa, nothing but relaxing and jungle vibes!!! The best part was the staff who where there for you 24/7 and were extremly friendly. Yoga, Wayan and the rest of the crew thank you so much making our holiday perfect. I last but not least the villa has a driver who can bring you everywhere. We did a lot of daytrips with him en saw the most beautifull spots of Bali because of him. Thanks Nyoman!!!!!!

Amazing stay at Kaja Villa Ubud. The manager Yoga and fellow staff were very welcoming and ensured I had everything and was very comfortable. Coming as a solo traveler I felt very safe throughout my stay. The Villa was exactly like picture very clean and couldn’t ask for any more. Very spacious room and bathroom has a bath and separate shower with good storage options. Breakfast included which was very tasty and you can request a floating basket. The views are incredible and highly recommend as a nice get away.

The Villa is in a secluded part of ubud so quite far from central Ubud which I didn’t mind as I wanted to relax. However, it’s quite easy to order Gojek/ grab to get around to places. Staff are also very helpful in arranging transport and activities.

We had a great stay here with a super pool. The owner is very nice & takes care of the plants around the house every day. He is always available on WhatsApp. He can also book excursions and massages. He will call you a driver, as the taxis around Ubud often cancel at Gojek because they don't want to drive into the jungle. If you want to come here, remember that the "sounds of the jungle" can be very loud at night. Bring earplugs with you.
