The location and the facilities are just top. Very quiet and comfortable. Nice pool n’est to the beach. Nice restaurants around.

The hotel restaurant isn’t at the level of the place unfortunately. Very nice staff but the food is just average. The restaurant next to bamboo bar was full while ours was empty all the time.

The whole design, inside & outside. Beautiful lush garden. Location near the sea. Quietness. Great Greek food in the restaurant (also serving Indonesian food).

Bathroom wasn’t very clean and had LOTS of big ants. Music in the Greek Restaurant was too loud and out of context (pop music instead of Greek or local music, or at least more “soft”, for example jazz or no music at all..,the sound of the sea is beautiful too :-)). We gave staff this feedback and music was lowered down in volume. Upon checking in, there was a young man, part of the team, who started talking to my husband about investing in real estate without my husband even interested in this and just wanting to check in to our room. Very inappropriate we felt.

Everything was amazing. The room beautiful, spacious and clean. The bathroom was so wonderful. The staff was nice all over. The Resort itself was also amazingly beautiful. Every detail arranged with love. We loved the place witout any doubts. I also have to admit, that there was no high season, so we were allone. But the bungalows are arranged in that way, that you have a lot of privacy. Nearby you have many nice Warungs and a snorkeking trip to Menjangan Island made everthing perfekt. We extendet our stay and were unhappy that we had to leave.

The hotel represents the good old Bali in a perfect way. We had a bungalow for our self, the quiet garden is a dream and everything was perfect. The beach is wonderful black and all sand - no rocks as other resorts. Plus there is artificial reef in front to snorkel - we saw quite some fish and marine life. Very friendly and helpful staff, they organised yoga and massages for us. We extend to 5 nights as we felt in love with the resort. Our best open bathroom in 2 months travel on top! To other comments as we kept and eye on that: 1. the pool brand new and clean and 2. the credit cards can be used at the end - as always with a 3% on top, but the price was anyway very attractive for such a large bungalow compared to other resorts in the area.

Lovely gardens and delightful bungalows with great outdoor bathrooms. Helpful staff. Nice restaurant onsite but also plenty of other very good options nearby. Great pool, beach and snorkeling on the doorstep.

Our deluxe room could do with some maintenance, such as fixing hot water and aircon. Try for room away from road noise. Otherwise very comfortable.

The staff were courteous and warm, they always greet with a smile and extend any help they can. The room is beautiful and the whole resort is also well maintained and clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

There were a lot of mosquitos in the dining area, in my room, in the beach area. In the morning, all the diving speedboats block the beach view.

The location of the hotel right on the beach. The beautiful pool as well as the beach. We liked that there was a restaurant on site. The garden was very beautiful and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We traveled with a baby and they provided a cot with mosquito net for free. Everybody was super friendly with our son.

The cleaning of the room can be improved and refurbishments are needed (bathroom, room, new beach towels). Regarding payment, be aware that the credit card machine does not work (even if it says the contrary on Booking). We learned 30 minutes before departure that we could either pay by cash or organize a bank transfer. Not a nice thing to learn last minute especially if you have been staying a few nights and have bills from the restaurant. Overall we had the feeling that management was not on site which leaded to a lesser quality of service.

Breakfast was continental, with fresh mixed fruit, juices, tea, coffee, croissants, home made strawberry jam, honey. The staff are magnificent and can't do enough for you. The hotel is obviously clawing their way back post pandemic. The pool is recently renovated and huge. The grounds are extensive and beautiful.. The location is perfect. On the beach so you can literally walk in to the water and snorkel and swim. Boats leave for Manjangen Island from the beach. There are many good restaurants, shops nearby. Highly recommend. We are returning next year with more friends.

It wasn't a issue but a fridge in the room would be good. They even gave us a esky, [ ice box ].

Beautiful rooms, garden and pool right on a volcanic beach.

Noise of bad karaoke several nights a week from the drunken fishermen next door. I know their life is hard, but it ruins the calmness of the resort and is way too loud blasting out at night.

Off-season quiet. Most staff helpful and exceptionally friendly. Peaceful and mature landscaping maintained.

Rooms are quite dark. Beds rather uncomfortable. Reception desk not very welcoming. Also surprise at check-out 3% credit card fee unwritten anywhere in bookings.com listing, and they didn’t care. Truly adds up after 5 days stay. Spa rather rustic.
