Manager was very flexible with our booking and accommodated change of dates without any hassle. All staff friendly and helpful. For example, if you were sitting outside at dusk, they would come around and light a mosquito coil. Pool and gardens were lovely to sit around and swim in. The bungalows were very private and spacious. Air conditioning and shower worked well. You could lock valuables in a cupboard for peace of mind. Swimming at the beach was a pleasant 5 minute walk and there was a good choice of excellent warrungs and restaurants to choose from. We hired bikes from the owner and had fun riding around all day. They organised our snorkeling trip to Menjangan Island which went smoothly without any hassles. Our boat looked a lot safer than many of the other boats.

I really liked the staff, everyone was so nice. My room was big and comfortable too. The AC worked well and the shower is inside for those who don't like the outdoor style Balinese showers. The owner is super and picked me up from my previous hotel, which was close by, before my check in. The room was ready for an early check too. I reserved a ride to the ferry after check out, which is about 45 mins away. And the owner drove me himself. He was very professional and nice. I had 2 in room massages. The masseuse was excellent, she came right to me room. The pool is nice and clean and the grounds are lovely. Communication is good too. Much better than many other places. The staff will help you with anything that you need, they are super helpful and friendly. They have staff available at all hours, as far as I could tell. They sell beer and drinks there, but there's not a restaurant onsite for dinner or lunches. But there are 2 warungs down the same street, about 3 mins walk and lots of other restaurants within 10-15 min walking distance. A couple of convenience stores too.

That there wasn't hot water, but that seems to be common in West Bali. The fruit was good for the breakfast, but I wasn't a fan of the banana pancakes, if I was going to be picky. And the cups to serve warm drinks for breakfast were lovely bamboo, but if you drink tea, they taste a little like coffee because they absorb the taste. Again, these are very small annoyances! Maybe a fan in the bathroom to air it out, since there is no window.

They gave us a warm and heartfelt welcome, making us feel at home from the start. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire place was spotless, and the atmosphere was filled with positive energy. One of the highlights was the natural volcanic water swimming pool. We visited in February, and while the water was slightly warmer, it was still incredibly refreshing and felt amazing on the skin. Breakfast was another standout experience. The staff thoughtfully asked us the day before what time we’d like to eat and what we preferred, ensuring a fresh and delicious meal every morning. Our main goal for this trip was snorkeling and spending time at the beach, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the beach was, even during the rainy season. While plastic pollution was noticeable in other parts of north, east, and west Bali, this particular beach had an inspiring cleanup initiative. There’s an ongoing project that focuses on keeping the beach clean and even restoring the coral reef, which makes for a breathtaking snorkeling experience. Another incredible project in the area is the turtle rescue center, where you can feed the turtles and even release them into the ocean with a small donation. They provide a certificate for participation, which we found to be a really thoughtful touch. For those looking for more adventure, we highly recommend booking a guided snorkeling tour to Pemuteran through the hotel. The corals there are absolutely stunning and well worth the trip!

Our well located private hut aside a large pool in a quiet area. It was a short walk to the beach where we could snorkel at the Biorock project area - impressive variety of fish and coral direct from the beach. A short walk to a good choice of food options (Warung Manis was the best Balinese) and coffee on the main road (kopi Ku'Bull barista!). Quiet setting. A good selection of breakfast options. Loved our private outdoor shower. Lovely staff. Booked a village tour and Menhanjan Island snorkelling trip through our host. Also, our transfer from Sanur to Pemuteran - excellent driver stopping at twin Lakes, temple and a waterfall on the way. All very good. All up great value stay and recommended. Right for the price.

Nothing disliked. The air conditioning system was great as the room gets hot. A simple wall-mounted fan may be useful as another option when air-conditioning is not needed.

It was everything we needed. I loved the outdoor shower. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, coffee/tea and a main breakfast plate. We found that having a fridge in the room was ideal to fill up our water bottles with the free drinking water, so we had nice cold water for the next day. Our dive course started in the pool right outside our room. The restaurants around were all a 5 mins walk away as was the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. A great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again if we dive here again.

The hotel is located in a quiet position with easy access to all local facilities and easy walking distance to beach. Well situated for trekking through local green areas. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities. The hotel grounds are attractive and very well kept with a nice pool. The hotel staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The choice for breakfast is not vast, but was freshly cooked, and more than adequate for our needs.

Location is great - beach side of Pemuteran, half way between the main street for local eateries and the beach for resort bars and access to snorkelling etc. Staff were also great - arranging laundry, transport and activities if you wished but with no pressure applied - you just need to ask them for help. Kadek organised transport for us on a big festival day, managing to arrange a share with another couple as there were limited drivers available that day (which also saved us money as a bonus!). Pool was extremely pleasant and we enjoyed a massage on site also, at a very reasonable price.

This is a gem of a place to stay! It’s quite private and very relaxed. The staff were welcoming and friendly.. Close to the beach as well as local restaurants and services. I loved my wooden bungalow— with great air conditioning and hot water. I booked my Advanced Scuba course and my skill tests were conducted right off the beach at BioRock, a 3 minute walk from here. Great snorkelling and scuba diving. My favourite place in Bali so far. Great for a solo traveller.

The room was clean; breakfasts just right and on time; helpful staff during illness. The pool area and garden are spectacularly peaceful. Suggestions: communicate on advertisement of hotel that the outside open shower is part of the environmentally conscious style and is open to natural tropical elements. As the room is on a higher level to the shower area, inform this detail under accessibility section.

The house is situated in a garden near the swimming pool and near the beach. In the direct surroundings there are several nice warungs where you can eat. Kadek arranged a snorkel tour which was very nice. The staff is very friendly, so we really recommend this place.
