I would go back to Tiara's without an hesitation! I spent 4 nights in Pemuteran, in Tiara's Homestay, and my only regret is that I didn't stay longer! Location The first time you go down the gravel path from the main road to the homestay, I was afraid it would be a bit far from everything, but it is at the perfect distance that you can walk to the beach / the restaurants / bars etc, but far enough that you don't hear a noise from any other establishment around. My main goal was to be in a quiet and relaxing space, and it hit the spot! 15-20min walk to the beach 10-15min walk to the main road Facilities I was staying in a double room on my own, with a private bathroom. I fell in love with the uncovered bathroom space, giving me the holiday vibes I was looking for. If like me you don't like insects, you might also want to take your shower before full night time, so you can see better ;) Didn't get much hot water, but with the constant heat I didn't mind. The bed was super comfy to me, with mosquito nets. A wardrobe gives the option to not live off your suitcase, with enough space for 2. Same for the inside sink/mirror space, it's handy and spacious enough for 2. There's also a cute terrasse space in fornt of each room, if you wanna enjoy a refreshment outside but still in the privacy of your room. The garden is peaceful, perfect to start the day slowly with the dogs and chicks walking around. The surroundings are super quiet, but the walls are quite thin, so if you are a light sleeper, better bring some earplugs, because you could hear your neighbors if they are a bit loud. Service Tiara and her family are the kindest, and offer a super professional service! Tiara took me through the check-in process, showing me the room but also the restaurant area, the garden, and giving me plenty of recommendation about everything to see/do around.

Lovely Homestay from lovely people. We felt at home and had a wonderful time. Would stay there again. The Terrasse and room where spacious, comfortable and clean. We booked our airport pick up trough them as well as the drive to our next location. And we booked a day trip as well, everything was perfect.

As we went diving in Pemuteran, more hooks in the room as well as on the Terrasse would have been great. And maybe a second pillow per person on the bed as the pillows were small. But that’s doesn’t take away anything from the the lovely Homestay that it is.

Perfect base to explore the north 3 wonderful snorchel sites - one direct at beach basically for free the luxury adventure to the island. Traffic is calm so also extended excursions are possible. Bungalow clean and quiet with own terasse space. Delicious breakfast and caring host, she organized a scooter for good prize, also tour options available. We really enjoyed this place

Double room, fan (ceiling, not very strong), mosquito net, private bathroom, half-roof-opened shower, cold water, soap, toilet paper and toilet gun, towel, wifi in room and breakfast area, nice garden. Restaurant currently only serving breakfast (Rp 30,000). Good explanation on activities on arrival. Some equipment a bit old/used but all functional.

Main miss imho: Water refill fountain with cold/hot water. nearly everywhere, better comfort, cheaper and less plastic waste. even better with few cups/coffee/tea in self-service.

Stay in Permuteran Tiara Homestay exceeded our expectations. The owner was always there to help us with visits and recomendations. She even invited us to local ceremony which was unforgetable experience for us. Room had everything we needed and was clean. Food in Warung is delicous. Location is great - close to 2 main beaches and in calm, local zone. Thank you 💚

Tiara Homestay is the perfect place to relax and recharge. You're surrounded by nature in a beautiful garden. The bungalows have a comfortable size and boast a well-designed semi-open shower. Gede is very friendly and a great host, she helped me book tours and the transport to my next destination. The location is not directly in the busy center, but everything (beach, sunset spots and restaurants) is in a walkable distance.

I stayed for 5 nights in Tiara and my experience at the homestay was nothing short of amazing. Homestay is roughly 4 hours from the international airport. What truly makes the experience worth is the kindness and hospitality of the family. The purpose of this stay was to try freediving, but I ended up doing other things such as fishing (which is truly a must especially if you love watching sunrise in the sea and facing the mountains), temple tour (I did mine on a scooter) which is pretty insightful as i went on an off season and there was barely any crowds, yoga and cooking classes in Pemuteran. As someone who has trouble with chaotic environments, this was truly a peaceful experience. The owners are extremely friendly and gracious; they assisted me with everything through Whatsapp. Picking up and dropping off in Pemuteran is free. The property is small but sufficient, rooms are cleaned daily. Outdoor cold shower is great. The owners do leave you to your privacy but are always reachable if you need any help.

Tasty breakfast cooked by Kadek! Huge, clean rooms with open-air bathroom to look at the stars or sunny sky while you shower. Quiet and surrounded by nature. Walk up the hill for panoramic views. Also a short walk to the beach and around the corner is the best restaurant in town. If you have a bike, explore!

Leaving the cat behind:( Tiara has no pets, except chickens, but I love cats so couldn’t resist the friendly, neighbourhood kitty - if it was human it would be a real ‘people-person!’ If you’re allergic to animals just ignore it, but if not cuddles and a drink of water will be appreciated. Meow. Purrrrrr…

I loved the location, clean, quiet and nearby the beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. After a week I extended my stay because I felt at home and didn't want to leave.

The garden is sooo beautiful. Also for a nice private villa with a beautiful outdoor shower and ac for this price, I have not a single bad thing to say. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and there is a sunrise point just a short walk out the door. Main road is minutes away but you wouldn’t know it because the place is so quiet and peaceful.
