This place has rock star appeal at an affordable price. The staff are excellent and very efficient and the whole resort is ran with the highest professionalism. Highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to return again!

The staff were incredible - so warm and helpful. The location is good and nice to be out of the madness of Senggigi. Nicely designed villas with good view of the ocean.

I would have given this resort a higher mark IF THEY WOULD STOP USING PLASTIC BOTTLES in the guest rooms. VERY irresponsible and guests should stop using them too. Only resort in Lombok that we stayed in that still used plastic drink bottles. Do better please The Chandi. Put a glass bottle in every room and offer free fill ups.

Just back from Chandi Boutique Resort in Lombok - what a find! The staff are absolute gems - super friendly and happy to help with everything from watching your kids to organising trips around the island. Our villa was even better than the advertised photos - it was very comfortable and beautifully decorated with a small terrace and a secluded outdoor bathroom. We appreciated the fact that the villas were standalone for extra privacy. The pool setup is perfect - all loungers face the ocean, and there's no music playing, making it ideal for reading and relaxing. The real surprise was the restaurant - we planned to eat out but ended up having dinner there every night because the food was fantastic. And breakfast? Made fresh to order, no tired buffet in sight! You will need transport to get around, but the hotel can quickly sort scooters or drivers for you. Blue Bird taxis are an option too. 10/10 for a quiet, luxurious holiday - perfect for couples or small families who want to unwind.

The staff were exceptional...very friendly and made my birthday extra special with bed decorations and birthday cake ...It is a lovely small resort ..great food too and a lovely spa on site.

The only thing I could recommend would be a system to replace plastic drinking water bottles with refillable bottles and water stations for guests to fill their bottles as most people travel with water bottles these days.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff and very good value for money. Everything very well maintained.

The beach is not perfect for swimming

A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. It was very relaxing and tranquil which was just what we were looking for to end our holiday in Lombok and the Gili islands. The pool area overlooking the ocean was stunning and a great place for a cocktail and to see the sunset. The spa was excellent. Camilla gave a wonderful aromatherapy massage. All of the staff, especially Fahmi, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The restaurant at the hotel was ok. Breakfast was good but some of the main dishes lacked a little flavour.

We extended our stay that says it all really. We have stayed in Laos Thailand Vietnam Cambodia Malaysia Sumatra Bali and here is as good as anywhere and in for relaxation and level of staff service better than a lot of places. Lutfian is a legend and the girls in spa offer amazing massage’s. Food is great and probably the most important thing of all for us is the beds are large and comfortable very clean and everything is well maintained, Including the beachfront and gardens which seem to have constant maintenance (they keep the whole place very clean and tidy) Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff. It’s not stupid money either so I guess it’s a no brainer we would stay here again anytime.

Nothing to dislike.

The Chandi is a fantastic resort, that I would highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay there. We initially booked the Chandi impromptu whilst in Gili T, for 2 nights and ended up extending to 6 nights when we got there, as we loved it so much! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, there are hammocks and bean bags to watch sunset from and a lovely pool among the coconut trees. Perfect setup for a relaxing stay! We stayed in the ocean villa, which was a good size and the outdoor shower was very memorable! Most importantly, the staff (Widia, Halmi to name but a few) are so nice, and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and smooth. I was unfortunately unwell during my stay and came to Lombok to attend a nearby hospital, and I really felt the staff genuinely cared about how I was doing - small touches like being offered ginger tea after getting back from one of my appointments (which quickly became my absolute favourite beverage) really made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Also, the chef catered to my partner's coeliac by making multiple menu items gluten free - which was great! To top it off, value for money at this resort is fantastic and the menu is super well priced, including a daily cocktail happy hour to accompany sunset on the beach - what more could you want on you holidays! We already miss staying there and hope to go back someday!

Nothing - would highly recommend this resort!

The Chandi Boutique really deserves 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff is extremely kind and professional and you can feel they love the place where they work. We also met the owner who is a very nice man. The pool, the garden and the beach are beautiful and clean. The food and breakfast really good, we had dinner every night there! Our room was very big and the bed so comfortable! We also enjoyed a massage in the beautiful Spa. Everything is cared in details and very clean. It is perfect!

Absolutely nothing!

We are still glowing from our week-long stay at the Chandi. We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The villas are pretty and very comfortable. The outside bathroom was amazing (and still very private). From our front porch we could enjoy an amazing view of the ocean while soaking up the lush greenery of the gorgeous garden. The pool was refreshing and there were always sunbeds available. These were so comfortable! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the restaurant (with a fabulous view). A check off breakfast menu was provided, and if you wanted more the staff was only too happy to bring it. The fresh juices and fruits were simply amazing. We also enjoyed several dinners in the restaurant. The prices were fair and the food very tasty. We especially enjoyed the barbecue evenings. The spa was also a treat. The massages were affordable and really wonderful. We also booked several outings through the hotel. All of them were wonderful from snorkeling in the secret Gillis to hiking to Tiu Kelep. The beach at the hotel is not one of the legendary white beaches with crystal clear blue water. But we knew this ahead of time. The ocean was still good for swimming (with beach shoes). The hotel is centrally located for many excursions and beautiful beaches are close by. The peacefulness and beauty of the hotel itself made up for the beach. Thank you to all the staff at the Chandi who made.our week so wonderful! We hope to return very soon!
