I had an amazing experience staying at the villa during my vacation. The accommodations were top-notch, with spacious rooms and beautiful decor. The amenities were fantastic, from the private pool to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all of our needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this villa for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Villa Kipas is a lovely Boutique Hotel situated on a ridge overlooking the Senggigi Area. Not beeing located close to the mainroad also makes it fairly quiet and relaxing. The room we had was very spacious with high ceilings. It was actually a seperate small building. The interior is quite modern and very clean. It was decorated with fresh flowers when we arrived which was lovely. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful in any way possible. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it.

The location of the property was great, close enough to things but also felt remote. Stunning views.

Some things are a bit tired. The kitchen area, some of the blinds didn’t work and water pressure in the bungalow was poor

A beautiful villa with a stunning view out to the sea, within a private setting. The staff were attentive and very friendly, going out of their way to help whenever needed. Ideal for a family getaway within a private environment.

Very little to not like. The walk up to the villa from the main road is steep and probably not easy for less able/elderly, but a cab ride is very inexpensive.

Stunning villa and pool. Lounge and dining areas were fab. What a view! Staff helpful and on hand, bringing breakfast each morning. Comfy beds. Water supplied. Cleaned and new towels every other day.

Kitchen is tired and ready to be replaced. Ants in the kitchen cupboards and one bedroom wardrobe, breakfast could be livened up a little when compared with offerings at our other destinations. Was sad the bath wasn’t working - didn’t need to be a jacuzzi but replacing it with a sunken bath would work.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and beautiful surrounds! We loved the sunset view from the pool in particular. The villa felt very private.

Consider bringing your own earplugs for loud morning prayers that echo from the valley below - hotel supplied ones are reasonable.

Villa Kipas exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our 16 day trip around Indonesia. The staff were delightful and most helpful. The property was exceptional with stunning water views and large bedrooms and open spaces for relaxation. Watching the sunset from the infinity pool, brilliant. The most amazing villa in our 6 months of travel and such good value for money. The view was incredible, great suntrap pool, beautiful large air conditioned rooms with the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble, from booking drivers to laundry, the place was spotlessly clean and they were all generally just so nice and friendly.

Obviously with a great view comes a steep walk up - however grabs and taxis were readily available and super cheap for the way back up.
