— very old and smelly en suite — we got room 126 and it was next to emergency exit where it was noisy aaaaall the time slapping the door non-stop (the hotel staff did not pay much attention to the complaints, or just did not understand); — from approximately 9pm till 3am we heard club music that was sooo noisy (we fell asleep in the night) — breakfast by itself was not really tasty — probably it’s better to choose any other hotel closer to waterfalls/mountains or any other sightseeing cuz it took 2,5-3,5 hours to get their

It’s our second time here. We were here back in 2019 before covid hits. Staff were awesome especially the bellhop/concierge guy Mr Dirman!!! He remember us and its really great to see good people again. Our rooms are decorated too as it was our anniversary! Awesome & definately coming back! They put so much effort and areanged us for airport pick up. Mr Rudi our driver is friendly & helpful.

The room we got was on the 4th floor, the toilet however got a drain smell (its kinda ok since we only stayed there for just a night). The breakfast was not as good as the last time. We had porridge & asked sesame oil and they said they don’t have it. The soup was very salty. We do not enjoy the breakfast like we did before. Selection was not that great too.

Amazing hotel, so much bigger that expected, there are 2 pools, mini zoo, the best gym we've seen in a long time, rooms are clean and comfy, the hotel provides you daily with drinking water. Breakfast has so many options that you would not know where to start, the hotel also provides an option to order food during the night. We treated ourselves to a late late night dinner and the food was delicious! Location is great, beach is right across the street and there are plenty of convenience stores and great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is very kind and so nice all the time. Great wifi!

Pool was lovely. Breakfast good selection, coffee not great. Room was great, beautiful view from 5th floor. Get a room facing the mountains not the beach as there is a nightclub across the road with loud music and they are doing construction at the hotel atm.

They had starbucks there and thought I would get a good coffee but pretty terrible and expensive. plus only have fresh milk not oat or soy. There hot chocolate wasn't much better!

Really lovely and supportive staff that want to work to help you! Hotel rooms were nice. We had two rooms in our stay due to two separate bookings (they were happy to combine to one booking and one room but we wanted to experience a sea view as well as the garden). Both lovely and pros to each. Sea view was a nice thing to wake up to but garden view was definitely quieter and sunnier! Really aesthetic hotel and loved our stay :)

Great value for money! Beautiful spacious room, balcony, large territory, kids playground (important for families), swimming pool, elevators, gym, breakfast, amazing location. In Bali the same kind of hotel would be x3 more expensive.

There was bad smell was in the bathroom - coming from the shower drain (a common problem in Asia) but when I told about that to the lady at the reception she immediately sent people to the room and somehow they managed to fix it, the air in the bathroom became 100% fresh. This was the only problem that I had, and I appreciate their quick action.

Flexibility to my request to change the room. Nice fitness center and the host is just perfect dude. Rooms very clean, all employees extremely friendly.

If you have a room with sea view , you have the street and especially the night club in the opposite as well. So I felt a little scamed when I was told that this is a lovely room but the bass from the night clubs was hammering until 3am. But as said, my complaint was directly resolved.

Everything was top notch, many people complain about roadside noise but I was not bothered by it coz the service, location, food, amenities and everything there that I can remember made up for it. From the price point and everything this happens to be my best stay till date... Highly recommended

Very nice and central hotel. The staff is very good and attentive.

Nothing on the hotel as it was nice. On Senggigi itself there is not too much to do except from Senggigi beach. When you arrive at the harbour, as soon as you jump off the boat, you get attacked by some unfriendly and aggressive people trying to sell you a taxi. There is no grab available. Given that these guys are not even friendly I advice to lower them the price. Don’t pay more than 250000 idr to senggigi from bangsal. Even 200000 would still be high in my opinion. Maybe taking more time to look around if there is a taxi parked somewhere outside is a better strategy.
