There are convenience stores in the same building, with a 24/7 one just outside the lobby, making it easy for us to grab snacks and some grub to cook up for breakfast and supper. There are also several launderettes that can clean and press your clothes—trust me, this is useful for a family of six! Just across Ascot is Pakuwon Trade Centre (literally a stone’s throw away), which connects to Pakuwon Mall. Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, but the service from the front desk is top-notch. We loved how we could get assistance via WhatsApp (we were contacted even before we arrived). We also enjoyed the privacy, as our unit was tucked in one corner, just like the others.

We couldn’t rely on the WiFi connection because, on most days, we couldn’t connect. Luckily for us, we had international SIMs, so our children could rely on our hotspots! It wasn’t a major issue, but reliable WiFi would have been helpful, especially since all our kids (and us parents) use our devices a lot.

I like the room and facilities in here . All the stuff are friendly and helpfull . Next time in the future when I have my holiday ,I will come over here again and stay more longer .

Only there is one that I dont like . There was one securty in portal gate and bit rude they way he spoke when I came in with my driving instructure . Actually he wont let the car in ,until I said I stay there and my instructure just want to drop me off . Hopefully the management of Ascott will do something about this as the way that security act is not nice at all . Please take notice for this . Thank you

Location, cleanliness and spacious

It needs to be renovated soon. Wood floors are old and some parts may need to be fixed up. Need to check tv connections or tv age as it was very grainny. So we don’t use the tv at all.

This hotel opposites Pakuwon mall. Easy to grab something from the mall. Near with Darmo Golf Club too. Room cleanliness is always maintained. Friendly and helpful staffs.

A bit difficult to find a taxi. it's better to book previously.

great location, there's a mall with everything included just across the street. Yet Surabaya is't pedestrian friendly, if you plan to visit anywhere other than the mall across the street you might want to consider to grab(local taxi) there. The service was great and the facilities (pools and gym) is well-equipped. There are even two different pools option for you to enjoy.

Apartment is spacious enough. Bed is big and bathroom is also big with the bathtub

The AC location is literally next to bed and fan right to my wife's head. She have to open the door room to block the aircon otherwise she'll get sick. Wifi is unstable, we use our own data and I hotspot data for my laptop cause it's really bad

The staffs are very friendly and ready to assist and help us, the place is very clean, nice and pleasant.

It's just a bit difficult to go to thematic Pool with a stroller. The path for the stroller or wheelchair is too steep. And there was dish soap but there was no sponge or anything else that I can use to wash the dishes and my baby's cutlery myself.

The location was convenient and near to Pakuwon Trade Centre / Pakuwon City Mall. Hence, there was an abundance of food and shopping options at our disposal.

The bathrooms lacked ventilation and needed to be upgraded slightly due to wear and tear.

I like the 2 bedroom hotels. Everything inside the room is amazing. But, the 5th floor lobby near lift needs a proper lamp. Too dark. Other than that, we have amazing stays here. We used the washing machine, the microwave, stove, fridge, and everything. Always loved our stay in Ascott. The staff were amazing, the room was clean 💛

Great location for shopping as it was right across the road to a big mall with plenty of eateries around. Good apartment size and amenities.
