The most attentive and kind staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I were getting married during our stay and even though it wasn't at the hotel itself they still congratulated us and provided us a small gift. It's also the best breakfast buffet in the whole country. To my suprise when they asked for tea or coffee at breakfast they even wanted to know the type of coffee. It was a real cappuccino! The rarest in all of Indonesia!

A little on the pricey side, but honestly worth it with the location and excellent service.

-Could use a little maintenance and updating, there were several stains on the carpet, wall, and chair in our rooms. The carpet especially looks worn in some corners and has a slightly musty odor, kind of a let-down after the nice aroma in the lobby and hallways. -This is a personal preference, but one of the reasons I came back to Four Seasons for a second time after a few years was because of the incredible breakfast. Loved the Western menu options. But this time, the theme was Nusantara, and most of the menu were local cuisine, to my slight disappointment. But again, this is a personal preference. I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

It feels like home! The location was perfect! I did not worry where to eat, where to shop because the hotel connected with the Pakuwon Mall! Many stores and restaurant! They serve Nusantara (local) taste for breakfast! That was really brilliant and awesome! Such a big plus for me The staff also helpful and friendly. The truly Asian Hospitality. The gym was clean and quiet, not too much equipment but enough to use. Outdoor Swimming Pool was perfect and clean! Room was clean and spacious! Nice bed and pillows.

My boy loved it so much), breakfast staffs (all were very nice, quickly setup new room when long queue during long weekend and even Chef was visiting us) 3. Breakfast (a lot of variety, especially traditional foods. Bubur madura is must taken menu) 4. Pool (big and clean pool, nice view also) Thankyou, will always consider to stay here when visiting my beloved home city

The hotel is very accommodating and the staff service are excellent. Mr. Khoiri in the housekeeping, Mr. Rudi in the restaurant, almost all staff are excellent, we cannot remember each and every one.

We had a problem with noise coming from other room but once we advise the staff it was taken care for. Also parking was a problem, but it was understandable because it was Christmas and the hotel is located in the mall.

During my recent business trip to Indonesia, I had the opportunity to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah for two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a selection of restaurants and bars serving a range of cuisines. I had the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes at the hotel's restaurant and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the menu.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the speed of the room service. While the staff were friendly and attentive, there were instances where it took longer than expected to receive orders. Furthermore, enhancing communication channels for guests, such as providing clear information about hotel services and amenities, can help improve the overall guest experience.

Best service I have ever experienced. Visited Indonesia for 30 days and this has been my favorite location. Front desk does a great job. Special thanks to Rosul for quickly helping solve minor issues with our room. Highly recommend the breakfast, not just because of the taste but for the experience. Thank you so much to the Chef and Ducan for making our breakfast experience special.

The hospitality that workers give us up above and beyond very welcome in one of the reasons that we are coming back to the property is because of the hospitality from the people from the restaurant all the chefs, all concierge everybody there was extremely welcoming and went up above and beyond

We arrived as scheduled from Malang to Gubaeng Train Station then to Four Points. Checking in was easy and fast. The hotel located jointed to Surabaya biggest Shopping Mall. The room was excellently comfortable and spacious. The breakfast restaurant located at level M3, easily accessible and the food was fantastic. We met with Chef Hidayat, he was very professional and polite. Serving us and checking on us to ensure we had a great time even during breakfast. We also get a glimpse and the hospitality serve by restaurant Captain, Ms Diah. She was very nice and making sure all our needs are attended to and making sure that we're comfortable with the food, setting and ambiance. Great job to the hotel restaurant staffs.

Many to pick! From the exceptional location, ample parking space, very friendly staffs, quiet hallway, clean and comfortable room, great amenities, great food, and much more. Almost everything are exceptional!

Nothing really. Maybe for Indonesian people, the price is rather steep for *4 Hotel. But for the service level you get, this is on par.
