I attend graduation ceremony of my son in the same building. So location is great for this occasion. Room is clean, comfortable and classy design. Good quality towel, room linen and bathroom amenities. Excellent service from the staff from security guard, doorman, bell boy and reception team. Great variety of breakfast and friendly service from all team at the gallery restaurant.

room corridor is a bit smelly, AC fan in my room was quite noisy, long wait for elevator perhaps due to high occupancy.

Never has a 5-star hotel reached my expectations like this one. Decorated a friend's bed and sent up complimentary cake, extended our check out time, was in a fantastic location right next to a mall and in the city center. Check in was smooth, room service was quick and the cleanliness was always on point. It's convenient, service was prompt and reliable, it's as advertised. Staff are always friendly and kind to speak with. Would recommend for short or long stays. This place makes me want to return to Surabaya.

There's nothing to say about this place. Huge recommendation to all who are looking for a get away, business stay or even honeymoon. I will definitely come back for a stay if I'm in the country.

Room was very spacious and well-appointed. There is a huge bathtub and a separate shower. Very cosy. The breakfast spread was very good and the service staff are always very friendly. First impression by front desk staff, Alicia, already set the expectation of a wonderful stay.

The bathroom had a glass door. If you are not careful, you can walk into it. My 3 year old grand son did that and had a bloody nose.

I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

The fact that we didn't stay longer in the hotel. I think it'd be awesome if the room rates can be a little lower.

You have so many option to eat at the attached mall specifically the Chinese paradise restaurant is a must try! We’re leaving early morning and we got offered by having our breakfast packed to go! Hotel is beautiful and clean, staffs are kind and helpful. The location is also a plus

The bad smell on the entrance when we entered to the first lobby after getting off! We’ve been here more than two days now and still it smells bad! But after entering to the 8th floor it’s ok!

The service and the staff are amazing. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The entire ambience was beyond expectation.

We ordered IRD and thought that it could use some feedback... The portion and presentation were great, however the taste is not quite as I expected. Probably needs a little more adjustment in the seasoning.

The location is just beside ciputra mall. The room size is acceptable but not much space to open the luggage. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. The bathroom are very clean and good lightings. The roof top swimming pool is stunning.

The ironing board is difficult to use. The room cleanliness can be better. No refill of the complimentary tea bags after room cleaning.

Overall the room was spacious and facilities were adequate. The pool view was indeed amazing as it overlooked the city and was facing one of the tall mountains in Surabaya. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and helpful!

It looked alittle old for the inside of the room. The refridgerator was working, but seems to be a little spoilt as well, with missing internal compaarments.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby I felt comfort and cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very well furnished. And I absolutely loved the infinity pool.

The quality of the food at the restaurant was only average. For the price I expected more. Also the attached mall was only partially open. Maybe it's new and not completely occupied.

The rooms were elegant. The bed was fantastically comfortable. The meal areas were gorgeous, and the layout was great for dining. Health area access was awesome with gym, massage and sauna. The bar lounge was great for sitting and having a quiet drink and meet with friends.

On the treadmills, we couldn't see the view out the windows.
