Bed and pillows were comfortable. The closest mall is a 5 min walk.

We booked the executive lounge type room. Very disappointed as only soft drinks offered but then when discussed what an executive lounge means they then offered beer and wine but limited to one each. Food was like a high tea tray of sandwich, chicken wings and a couple of cakes. We didn’t use our voucher for the next night. Hotel room carpet was very old. They were having renovations done

The location is awesome just 10 mins walk to Citraland World (big mall), the room and bathroom is spacious. The room rate is very reasonable, for sure i will come back next time when i am in town.

Suggest to have a flexible shower and life music in the bar😄

Good stand if accommodation and value for money. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Reading system around hotel made getting in and out a hassle. First time in Indonesia I’ve struck reception staff with little or no English. Just saying … and yes I really need to work on my Bahasa.

Super value. Very clean. Extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgable staff. Breakfast buffet varied & complete with delicious food. Spacious room super clean, nice towels & plenty hot water. Difficult to find better in this price range.

All was great but only 1 electrical outlet in room + 1 in bath. Built before smartphone revolution!!

Location was not central. Lacking enough international electrical plugs for charging phones etc. Large stains on room carpet. ( looks like large stains were from spillages of food and drinks and never been cleaned properly) Room curtains didn’t block strong sun light. Very old and broken furniture.

The location 10 minutes walk to Ciputra World mall. The breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool and sauna very good. The towels are thick and white. Friendly staffs.

The carpet is old and dirty, need to change it including the furniture in the room. Also they need to update the address to make easier for grab drivers to pick us up instead the address using the complex backdoor.

The location, easy to find, great breakfast with multiple choises, asian/non-asian dishes, plenty of options for vegetarians.

The carpets were not clean; even if they have a cafeteria, no cakes are available. The hotel is gueasting multiple weedings and that leaves no space for the guests in the restaurants.

I went there around 5 years ago, in 2018, and it is still the same comfortable hotel. Feels like staying with our parents as the ambience is so mature and the calmness that I couldn’t get in any other city hotel.

Only need a little improvement, such as the jet spray is leaking and the air conditioner is hard to control (too cold for me). Overall, still a great experience to stay there.

Apartment very spacious, comfortable bed,you will be spoilt for choices on the breakfast spread & helpful reception service😊
