I liked the size of the rooms (Numbers 3022 / 3018) with the connecting door for both rooms. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. What I also liked was the internet connection and the view from the room.

The food! Things for which the hotel is making an ad in the elevator are simply not available. The items that are available do not meet any requirements. Hence I suggested that who ever is responsible for the supply management should have a training and the same is valid for the person is in charge in the kitchen. There is a big potential to improve.

The check-in process was smooth-sailing, nothing out of ordinary. The hotel room was clean and spacious (Family Suite). The WiFi was good and relatively fast. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. My dad used the gym everyday and he did enjoy having a little bit of exercise every morning. Breakfast variety was superb; however; due to the fasting season, the options were not as much as the normal days. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Almost none. It was a pleasant stay for all of us. The only feedback I gave to the hotel was that the hot water took a while to get warmed up in the shower. I guess it was due to the room level that we were in. We were at the 28th floor and it might take a while to pump the hot water up to that floor.

Breakfast good ! The BBQ next to the pool was amazing. What we liked the most during our stay is the hotel team. Especially Hari the FO manager who did a lot for us. Without him our 3 days in Surabaya to prepare our road trip would have been much more difficult. We would like to thanks him again with this message.

The swimming pool area was not that clean (cigarettes).

As 4 star hotel overall good, only minor cleanliness there is a spot at flat sheet. Sensitive issue Arrive at midnight have problem with signage your hotel. Lost entrance then make long turn 1 more time, Need clear signage that visible while driving. My opinion this one of weakness from Fairfield Mayjend Sungkono.

Possibility to order restaurant menu to room. Gym room and pool are available. Hotel location is quite okay. It's close to many shopping malls and easily accessible by services such as GoCar.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The staff who cleans the room always leaves a personal note wishing us a good sleep.

When you sit on the bed, it creaks. The water temperature in the shower is not consistent. It fluctuates from icy cold to scalding hot.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Highly recommendable hotel.

I love the price and location and the staffs. And I received a nice surprise in a form of a free breakfast.

The Hotel is probably 7 years old and maybe a renovation will be needed for the lobby and restaurant. For the room, I think it needs a little extra cleaning.

No Airport Transfer services available. If there were to be Airport Transfer, then it would be very much helpful

The room is spacious and near to Pakuwon Mall. The breakfast is very nice but somehow need to refill faster. The staff is really helpful, full of smile and great hospitality.
