For a solo traveller doing a short transit stay, it is an excellent choice. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room, while small, was clean and comfortable. The location in the domestic terminal is super convenient, especially if you are arriving / departing at "odd" hours. There are plenty of options for food and drink within the airport.

These are NOT things I didn't like, but other travellers might like being aware of: the rooms are very small; if you are travelling with someone else or extra luggage, it will be a tight fit. The shower and bathroom are not a separate space, but form part of the room. Like any other airport hotel, you will hear other travellers coming and going at times when you might be trying to sleep. Other reviews have noted that the bedding sometimes has stains - I did also notice this, but personally it wasn't an issue as the bedding was obviously clean. The pillows are not the most comfortable.

Very comfortable stay before a next day flight. Note: this is on the domestic terminal side. For international departures, a taxi/gojek is needed to get to the international terminal on the other side of the airport.

The staff are super nice and professional. I felt very welcoming there. The location is perfect if you're catching an early morning flight. The hotel is in T1 but they also have free shuttle to T2. However, if you're going somewhere else than the airport, then don't choose this hotel. Calling a taxi from the airport is more expensive due to the parking fee.

The room was small and old. The AC worked quite slowly. No hair dryers preset (I called the reception to get one).

Everything was top notch, and exactly as advertised. The room, the capsule bathroom, the hallways, everything was very clean. I only bathed twice, but, there was a constant flow of hot water during both. Sheets and pillows were very clean. The best thing is the peace of mind that comes with staying in a hotel like this. I came to know of a free shuttle service which takes traveler from the domestic terminal (where the hotel is located) to the international terminal. That was an added bonus.

The breakfast. I took the room which had complimentary breakfast, however, in spite of having a buffet area, the breakfast was provided in a box (I had breakfast at around 6:30 AM). And the food was very bad. The chicken tasted stale. I did not have the food lest my stomach gets ill during my flight. Also, this might be asking for more than required, but, having drip coffee instead of the bad tea would have been a much better option. ALSO: brighter lights in the room would have been nice. The ambient lighting was very pleasant, but, having a few more lights, or brighter lights would have been nicer.

Great location if you have an early flight out of the illustrious DOMESTIC TERMINAL 1 of Juanda Airport. Located between the departure and arrival halls up the escalator (Google maps shows it somewhere else). Walk right to your departure after checkout. Very simple room.

All ok, just remember; for DOMESTIC TERMINAL 1. Not Int'l Terminal 2.

For a short stay is perfect as right on the airport, clean, small but perfectly organized. We actually had to prolong our stay due to a medical emergency among our group and it still was very good for 2/3 nights.

Nothing to be mentioned really. Maybe meals can be improved a bit together with breakfast but you can always order takeaway.

Location in the airport. Very convenient to domestic departures. Perfect for an overnight layover. Provided basic necessities. Would stay again if overnighting at SUB.

Not so convenient if you are connecting to or from the international terminal. It requires about a ten minute taxi ride. Taxi services at the airport were pushy. Not much food available in the terminal and breakfast at the hotel was minimal. Best option though so I would stay again.

You cannot beat the location if you have an early domestic flight. It is located right on the main entrance of T1 of Surabaya airport. It is right above the gates! The view of the runway is sure to entertain the kids, but it gets very quiet at night. Staff is very polite and friendly. Good WiFi. They have a ping pong table in a conference room and a billiard table.

Room is a bit small.

The location is perfect, right by the airport. The room was clean and check in was easy. The front areas of the hotel look like they've been recently upgraded.

The room layout is weird with the shower in the room itself, and the room is cramped. This is obviously a hangover from being an Ibis as the rooms are still very ibis-green. The rooms definitely need an upgrade.

Free shutter service was provided by Hotel, as the old shutter service by airport was terminated after COVID-19.

Could have informed guest earlier that the airport provide free shutter service from T2 to T1 so that I did not have to spend extra on taxi. My 2nd time staying here. The first time I was given room with view to the run way. This time I was told that I need to pay extra for the view. I was given a window with view to a roof.
