Incredible value for money. It feels like one of the fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room was lovely. Big shower room. Super comfy bed. Air con. The pool was a treat. The lobby is huuuuuge, and ideal for a rest day, some remote working or trip planning. A do-it-yourself laundry room was absolutely perfect for a rest day before flying to Borneo. 20 min drive to the airport. Pretty ideal really as an airport hotel layover. Very easy to chill here for the day.

The location isn’t great. It’s right the middle of what feels like an industrial estate, with very little to do within walking distance of the hotel. The bottle of drinking water provided, whilst appreciated, was unfortunately room temperature and tasted a bit funny. We stuck to our own. There are no toiletries provided, the first place we had that didn’t offer this. Finally, the internet was pretty awful. I hope we don’t sound entitled (I consider myself a backpackers) but for such a fancy hotel, these things were quite surprising.

Everything is great.. i would love to stay here again if i come to surabaya.. there is a foodcourt and laundry self service at the apartment lobby.. the location is nearby juanda airport terminal 2.. nice room with unique design.. they have swimming pools, a small playground for kids and next to convenience store.. really loved it..

Everything is perfect..

Good layover before starting bromo tour. Room clean. Water provided. Comfy bed. Nice to sit on sofa and watch tv and not have to sit in bed. Air con worked well. Gym on site

The walk from reception was confusing, especially carrying a lot of heavy luggage. Only 1 key provided and needed to access the lift so when my partner went out to pick up delivery you had to sit with no power in the dark. We could of asked for another key but didn’t try as was only 1 night. The pool was empty.

Good price, nice pool, liked having a couch in the room. We chose it for proximity to the airport, just stayed one night.

Automated communications before arrival were frustrating, because they suggested our reservation might be cancelled if we checked in after 5p. Room only had 1 towel for 2 person booking. Can't get around the property without the room key (which is also needed to power the room), so if you are more than one person, you must leave/return to the room together.

Good location if you want to be close to the airport. Nothing else in the area though.

It is cash only and I was not advised before I arrived. Had to make a very far walk to an ATM. Toilet area is dirty and no tissue or soaps is provided. No water provided either.

Nice hotel with modern rooms and swimming pool

The glass in the room and bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned properly. Floor, bed and toilet were clean though.

Very close to the airport. The room is really big for two person. Good lightings.

Price was very reasonable for the type of room we got. The room was very big and had a large window with a balcony. Lobby was very beautiful and had a peaceful nuance. The lobby also had some choices for food and drinks, and had a convenient store. Located near the airport, only 10 minutes drive through toll.

Location, was far away from main city. Room AC positioned in a bad location as room had 2 floors and the bedroom upstairs felt stuffy because AC flow was difficult to reach upstairs. Shower positioning inapropriate as water leaked outside of bathroom unless holding showerhead. No Refrigerator.
