Even though I have nothing against them particularly and can tell they did their job as they should, the staff could care a little bit more to be present for their guests and explain how things work in a plain way. Just a touch of support. It’s important for foreigners who’ll crash there right after a long flight.

Cozy medium-sized hotel in good location. The bed and the room are awesome.

The shower's drain in my room (910) needs to be fixed (water pooled and not drained properly). They only gave 2 bath towels, no hand towels, nor face towels. When I asked on the day I checked in, they said it is still in the laundry and will be ready the next day, yet until I checked out 2 days later, I still didn't see any face towels.

Staff , cleanliness, location and ambience of rooms are very comfortable. This is my third to stay with each 2/3 night of stays with my family.

Minibar not working properly , leaking and not frozen ( it same with some of rooms at my previous stay) The colour of the towel needs to be changed for four stars hotel chain level.

Bed is very comfortable, room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Very happy with the service.

A better managed front entrance maybe (to the car)

The room interior was new, fresh & clean. The breakfast also good & the bed was comfortable.

Quite pricey. but its new hotel.. everything was kinda new. I have tried to find pool, i think there's no pool at this hotel.

Staffs are soft spoken n not over-explain things, polite enough not to try to get into the room when delivering room service., rooms seem to be quiet enough I don't get to hear next door's.

The carpet seems dirty

The room is cleaned and easy access to the city.

The lobby is not visible for the first timer, the lift is small, the selection of breakfast food was not great with limited selection.

It was too clean... Excellent housekeeping!
