Very convenient to everything...walkable to ferry terminal,traditional and wet markets and seafood restaurant and the espanade area. Easy to move around with grab to places for food , massage,etc. Value for money hotel,has all you need , but for that very good price , do not expect top notch service, especially the breakfast spread that was included. I would still give it a 10. Will use this hotel again and highly recommend to others.

Breakfast quality can be improved

Great location in the middle of town centre. Easy to get around. We are able to go on morning walk and run along the waterfront, and explore shops on the main road. Breakfast menu has a good variety of food.

Quite a few steps to get to the lift and to the room. The window in our room has a view into the abandoned shopping centre. Quite weird and creepy, but we left the curtain shut, so that wasn’t too bad.

Good location, all friendly staff from Reception to Aroma Laut Resto for BF. Good BF spread. Easy access to KFC, Pizza Hut & Tg Pinang Jetty. Stayed for 3 nites. Accommodating staff when I requested to change to a room with a good view. Managed to get a new room for 2nd & 3rd nite with a good view.

Situated in a excellent location near the ferry terminal which is a short walking distance away. The hotel staff were polite & helpful.

The location is just a 5-minute walk from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. Staff were friendly and their restaurant serves guests 24/7. Do take note that some rooms allow smoking so if you are sensitive to smoke smell, do request for a non-smoking room. I stayed in a room that allows smoking but there wasn't any smoke smell when I checked in. Definitely worth the price!

If only there was a mini bar for us to keep our bottled drinks but it is understandable as it requires more energy and thus more funding to sustain a low volume occupancy rate.

Clean, spacious room and veneer flooring. The rooms were clean everyday. Sky lounge and aroma laut have great food and portions are just right. The hotel is near to KFC, provision shop, pharmacy and terminal. Everything is easy to access and walking distance.

There is no fridge in the hotel room. One of the pillow is too soft, like it has been used for a long time.

The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

Wished that there was a fridge and a safe box in the room. Hopefully the hotel will add these 2 items in future. A little communication problem for us cos we can't really understand bahasa, but the staffs tried their best to understand us and provided good solutions.

the wide spread of breakfast given from 0600-1000 and it's sumptuous!

see if can include western food like french fries, finger food, etc.! also if toilet bowl can be cleaner without noticeable stains!
