Staff were very friendly, particularly the security on the door. Room and beds very comfortable and the shower is amaaaazing with really hot water and great pressure.

Breakfast was good although if not include, 90,000 is a big extra expense….wouldn’t say it’s worth that. The floors were a bit dirty and stained. Also, I’d say the room price is a bit much, particularly for the higher room categories. I had to move to a more expensive one for 1 night as no availability which I didn’t mind. But the difference was very small just a tiny extra bit of room. Not worth the value really with such a big jump.

Room was just good, spacious enough, clean. Breakfast was most excellent, one of the best I've seen (and I've seen a lot). This hotel on Bintan is just very good. I noticed it had that reputation on the island, that's also why some friends recommended it to me, and the hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. Staff is very nice and helpful, the ones at the desk, as well as the people at the bar and kitchen. I can't imagine anything better on the island.

Clean and huge. Lovely breakfast and breathtaking facilities for the kids. The swimming pool is awesome but the bestest part is the breakfast.

They keep insisting I pay for breakfast even though I have booked it to include. It took 4 staff and me going back and forth from front desk to cafeteria to resolve

The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious local and international options. The location was convenient, close to key landmarks and amenities.

Free upgrade of 3 studio rooms to Deluxe rooms. Payment at the property instead of paying in advance. Good spread of food for breakfast. Free admission to Trans Studio Theme Park next to the hotel

The oxtail soup (dinner) at the restaurant is not value for money, based on the cost of the dish.

Nice and quite. The breakfast spread is good and constantly being top up. The hotel room is comfortable in its class. The pool is a nice place to chill out and have a swim. Had attended the New year eve dinner gala and the food is good. Value for money. Will definitely recommend and return if visit TP.

Food pricing and quality exceeded expectations (Room Service). Quite a big menu for Room Service, mixture of pizza and rice dishes which was good.

Breakfast offerings was average. Went for breakfast at 9am on our 2nd day but was told eggs sold out (finished) at the eggs station, only a few tables were occupied.

I pove how spacious the room was and how its equipped with amazing facilities. The free pass to Trans 7 studio was a bonus.

The area its located in lacks places of interest. Its quite a distance away.

Comfortable bed, air con working great. Clean toilets.

Not much toiletries shampoo and body soap. Carpet was stained.

Clean and fantastic service. Hotel staff do not speak english but they are polite. Throughout the stay, was able to ask for towels and accessories refillable for the stay without issue.

We were charged for ironing service. Would be good if upfront mention the charge cost. Overall, still satisfied with this ironing service. So thumbs up.
