Facilities were nice, the pool was fantastic and the staff was lovely. They are plenty of places to get some rest in the area and there are activities. I loved the way they integrated the hotel in nature. They offer a bus shuttle service to Ubud, and there is a local supermarket very close to the location.

The fitness centre is small, they are renovating that floor so it is not very clean when you step outside. The water machine of the fitness centre didn't work when I was there. Breakfast food needs to be protected from bugs

Location was just fabulous. Wow, was I blown away as we drove in ,as I was not sure sure what to expect. We were surrounded by abundance of greenery, beautiful gardens, waterfalls, rice fields. The staff were amazing. their smiling faces made my day. They are so polite and respectful and caring. took so much care to show us to our room. Thank you to the friendly and kind receptionists who welcomed us with so much love:) The kitchen team were just as amazing. Sudiarsa, Ayu to name a few and to the manager and the rest of the team who always made us feel so welcome for breakfast and dinner and were always so attentive to our needs or special dietary requirements. The operations manager always checked if we were comfortable or had any feedback for them to note to improve on anything. Aah..the free shuttle service available twice a day to take us to the city centre was very useful. The drivers were so friendly and patient and shared some info on tourist attractions we can visit in Ubud. It was such a pleasure to walk in to an airconditioned clean room after a hot day out and get into a decent sized shower and bathroom with clean soft towels. The pool was sparkling and clean and we were treated to complimentary tea and coffee daily at 16h00 with a snack which was enjoyed around the pool area. The battered fried bananas were so delicious. Well done to the entire Royal Casa Ganesha team. This was home away form home. We will be back !

I shared with the ops manager that perhaps with the beautiful space the resort has, maybe some evening Balinese dance and musical items could be arranged . Otherwise I have no negatives about my stay at the Royal Casa Ganesha.

As soon as arrived I was struck by how beautiful the place is. The gardens were beautiful, the rice fields around the property were stunning, and the view wherever you choose to sit and in any type of room you book is magical. I ended up extending my stay 5 more nights because I spent 4 nights just enjoying the hotel and not even going outside and see what Ubud had to offer. Moreover, the staff were super friendly, helpful, and understanding. They made it feel like my home away from home. Will definitely stay here again on my next vacation, super relaxing and I loved every minute here.

Very nice resort. Staff was great, held an umbrella over pir heads so we wouldn’t get wet walking to the car. Food in the restaurant is nice en breakfast was great too. On a scooter taxi or if you rent a scooter you get into the centre very fast, but the hotel also has a free shuttlebus going there a couple times a day.

Beautiful gardens, a total oasis! Lovely large grounds to wander around, clean, quiet comfortable, large clean pool, and free yoga class was a great addition. Free daily shuttle into ubud. We extended our stay. Great place to stay during Nypei day. Gym and buffet breakfast. Indomart across the road but not much else but its easy to get into ubud.

A little out of ubud but an easy 12min grab motorbike ride into town for $3.

The place is close to city center but far away enough for peace and quiet. The room was large and the staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety but I think it can do better. Ordering grab food was very easy, as the staff will bring it to our door.

The room could of had some more tables as I found it hard to place out my things. Wish the description told us that the bathroom door is clear, as staying with friends made it uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. good location - 10 minutes from central Ubud in cab. Comfy bed, clean room and it has a gym too which is great for me. Odin really looked after me. I also used their transport service and Okin was kindly waiting for me prior to me arriving into Bali which was lovely after a long journey.

The breakfast was standard buffett it could have been better, fresher and healthier options.

I love everything from especiall the customer service from the staff from the reception to the restaurant to the spa Oh my God i enjoyed it was a solo travel but all my fear was taken away as i felt comfortable and well taken care of , even staff would give me advice especially on how i should go about on certain things in Ubud,would go back to Amatara next time

There is nothing that i didnt like ... although the flower bath i saw on the pics was not the one i received i know i didnt choose a room with a tub and i wanted the flower bath outside but overally it was still okay

Loved the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast was amazing, the views were top! The service was exceptional really. I don't understand some of the bad reviews. They provided our baby with amazing crib. Only top points go to this hotel from me. Oh and the pool, wow!

Well, maybe the massage is not the best... also, nothing really outside the complex but that is not the hotels problem

Initially we booked for 2 nights, but in the end stayed for 3 weeks. Personnel was always helpful. We received a price discount for a long stay. We stayed in two types of rooms with balcony and pool view in their largest building. Rooms are big and spacey. Ours were clean, fresh, and most importantly without damp air and mold, which is rare for Ubud area. Indonesian breakfast was really tasty and had variety of choice on different days. Very limited vegan options, though. Great views to the pool, surrounding rice fields. Big territory with gardens, lounges, pool area, large swimming infinity pool

We stayed during renovation works, which lasted from 8 am to 6 pm. They were updating corridors, staircases, exteriors - since common facilities were worn out. But compared to all benefits of the hotel, renovations brought little discomfort. One of our rooms had hot water only in shower and not in sink. Wifi coverage was unstable and had blind spots in our room, got away with using Telkomsel 4G, or moving to restaurant area.
