The quiteness of the village. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Breakfast is served in your room at the time you request, which is a bonus when you have those early morning activities and can’t have breakfast until you come back. Affordable restaurant on site and you can order on WhatsApp they’ll bring the food to your room. Pristine clean pool. Host go over and above to help you organise activities at a very reasonable price that beats any offer you’ll get around. I actually wished I’d contacted them upfront even for a taxi to move around. The rooms are comfortable and staff offers to clean every day. Hot shower with acceptable water pressure. AC in room that helps so much after being in the heat outside. 20lt of filtered water is provided in each room during your stay. Don’t leave without asking the host to arrange for that Bali massage to get all those muscles relaxed.

The common kitchen area, if the staff can clean the fridge more often and dispose off old items in there.

The propert is very nice and clean. The rooms have ample space and they provide hot and cold water. The location is not exactly in the centre but everything is super managable. It has pool access as well as it has an option for breakfast on water however the breakfast is complementary but you need to pay 50,000 IDR if you want it in the pool.

The swimming pool has hell lot lot lot of chlorine in it because of which me and my daughter suffered from Excess Chlorine Eye burn and pain. If u want to play in the pool especially for kids, make sure to carry swimming eyewear and if not do not open ur eyes underwater.

Friendly staff, large rooms and a great chill out pool area. The hotel has a small outdoor kitchen for use and a fridge. Kids used the pool twice a day. The warung KKP is really handy and reasonably priced. Can eat at the warung or the will bring to you. Breakfast was great. Try the tofu omelet with peanut sauce or hot chicken karrage. Staff in the hotel and warung couldn’t do more for us. Thank you!

Bathrooms lacked ventilation and drainage of water after shower in bath/shower room. Surface water lead to damp frosty smell. I used AC to clear the smell. This down to bathroom construction rather than a cleaning issue.

We loved everything about this place! Super friendly staff, big rooms, quiet pool. We ended up extending 3 times because we loved it so much! It's very peaceful here and away from Ubuds noise pollution at night. You can rent a motorbike cheap from the hotel, friendly staff will help you with this. There's a shared kitchen area so you can cook whenever you want. All rooms have there own water dispenser, the beds are super comfy! Rooms get cleaned everyday, the place is spotless! The restaurant next door is so affordable! Cocktails for just 17k!! The most expensive thing on the menu is only 25k and it's nice food. Amazing value for money. Would recommend this place to anyone. We'll definitely be back!

Wasn't at all a problem for us, but you need to rent a motorbike here as it's about an 8 minute ride into Ubud. Not really walking distance.

- wifi in the late evening sometimes not so good and connection problems, but otherwise good - In the bathroom the reception was sometimes also not available - in the area gojek/grab is "not allowed" as there is a local cab provider. Therefore some of my gojeks were canceled

The room was spacious and the AC was effective. The bed was very comfortable with squishy pillows. It was nice to have a water dispenser and kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the dinner I had at the cafe next door which was also very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

location is chill and quiet (except for a bit of construction in the morning) but so peaceful at night, a little out of the way from ubud centre. rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. hot water, water pressure are all perfect, bathroom is clean. towels are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and you can tell that they really care and they try their best.

i find the pool water a little oily and has a strong chlorine smell. for bed area, the covers are a little old so it has yellow stains but they are clean and not smelly. make sure not to leave any food open on the table as there are plenty of ants around.

we stayed here 2 years ago and we really liked it so we went back this time! we love that the place is more secluded so it's more peaceful and quiet, away from the busy centre of ubud. there's a warung next door where you can order room service from all day so that's really nice aswell! rooms are spacious and clean, bed is comfy and there's free refillable water in the room which is really nice. there's a nice clean pool which you can use, staff is friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend this place!

We liked that it was a super peaceful area, with minimal noise (some building works nearby but not too bad). There is a gym and a nice cafe close by which are great. The warung next door is pretty good too and if you opt in to breakfast, it comes from there. Good value.

We had to keep asking for the water to be put on when we wanted to have a shower / wash hands which wasn't great. But the staff are very accommodating and always there.

Wonderful courtyard area and staff, nice and quiet, plus they run a little restaurant with tasty food for good prices, and they also rent scooters. Everything you need is right there and it’s meticulously cared for.

There are some design challenges with the room but for this price I consider them completely acceptable. The door frames are a little crooked so it takes a little extra effort to lock the door, not that you really need to. The bathroom floor isn’t sloping enough towards the drain so you end up standing in a puddle while at the sink. The room ambience would benefit greatly from replacing some of the cold white lights with a warmer color temperature like the bedside lamps.
