Beautifully kept with everything you need

Our room was directly next to the building area which was LOUD from 9-5pm everyday - that made any time in the room not very enjoyable during those hours. I feel like people should be told about those things before they make a booking

Wow staff here are amazing so gracious and warm, true balinese hospitality at its finest. Pool was so refreshing and great breakfast included!

Amazing Hospitality – A Truly Memorable Stay! Our stay at Kahayana Suites in Ubud was amazing, and the biggest reason for that was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness, making us feel at home instantly. The staff here go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Thank you to the front desk Mrs. Era and the team who were incredibly welcoming, making check-in seamless and always with a warm smile. Housekeeping ensured our room was spotless every day, paying attention to the smallest details. The restaurant and bar staff were equally impressive, providing excellent service, delicious food and drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks for the staff and Mrs. Dayu for her service, kindness and always with her genuine smile. And most likely a special thanks for Mr. Wira who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attentiveness, friendliness, genuineness and professionalism truly stood out. Whether it was helping with recommendations, spending time with us, ensuring our needs were met or simply greeting us with a smile every day, his dedication made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful with serene surroundings, comfortable rooms, a peaceful atmosphere and 15 min by car to Ubud center. It's perfect for relaxation. But what truly sets Kahayana Suites apart is the people. The staff’s hospitality made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their kindness. From the first day we felt at home. Everyone was very welcoming and ready to give us the best of the Kahayana Suite. The reception was very prepared and quick to satisfy our every request. (Thanks to Era and all the staff at the Reception) The breakfast is perfect. many different options. Fresh fruit every morning and Vegan / Vegetarian and Lactose Free options. (Thanks to Chindy and all the staff at the Restaurant) A wonderful and truly relaxing pool. With Grab, in a few minutes you can reach the center of Ubud. The location is excellent for visiting the magnificent places of Bali. Kahayana suite in our heart 🥰

We absolutely loved the pool!! The room is nice, clean and the pool is right there. The staff is super friendly, caring and helpful. Water available every day. The food options were very yummy, my daughter loved the pancakes. The building noise didn’t bother us at all, we wake up early and go to bed early and there was no noise at night .

While the restaurant is open and regardless of a sign indicating that smoking is not permitted, people were allowed to smoke, we didn’t appreciate this. No milk or cereal at breakfast for kids, no soy milk or Gluten Free bread (in fairness it is really hard finding GF bread in general in Ubud). While it didn’t bother us, you do need to consider taking a taxi to the centre of Ubud (more of less $70,000 rupias each way - we used an app called Grab which is similar to Uber)

The location is convenient, a bit further from the city centre but if you have a scooter, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get to Ubud center. Overall, the location is very nice as you are surrrounded by the nature sounds which is very calm and relaxing. Also, the room is nice and spacious with a beautiful pool view. The facilities are new, the pool area was our favourite! We liked to spend our free time there 😊. Also, the breakfast was tasty! The staff was very generous, welcoming, friendly and helpful, always willing to help and taking good care of us! We look forward to coming back again in the future!😊

Everyting was great! There were some issues with the wifi one day but it was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff.

Beautiful property, a bit outside Ubud so quiet surroundings. A nice relaxing pool area, big enough to swim in. Very polite staff that always greeted us by our name and checked on us. Gave us water bottles every day. A lot of different choices for breakfast. Their restaurant Topaz is just outside, to visit more places I would recommend a scooter. We had a good stay!

Improvements: - There were only big towels for showers, no seperate smaller for the hands. - Shower sprays all over the bathroom floor (maybe a seperate glass wall to close) - Would like an extra bin in the room, now it’s only the toilet bin. - Only one chair on the balcony, would be nice to have two so both can sit down together. - For breakfast we love a smoothie bowl but it was not enough toppings to get full.

How pleasant experience! 🙂 We initially planned to stay here for 7 days but we because of pleasure, comfort and vibe extended our stay. We loved our room, bed and sheets were very comfy and we had nice evenings and mornings on our terrace, lovable sound of nature you can hear each morning.🥰 Food was also very tasty, restaurant offer is quite extensive and fresh juices we great ! Highlight of our staying was Incredible kind staff, everyone was truly dedicated on guests satisfaction. We have to mention highly professional Wira whom checked on our staying DAILY, showed serious interest for our comfort, every additional request was improved in short time. We highly recommend you this place !

We have no objections at all, but we have few recommendations. shower cabins should be enclosed with additional glass because of the water that remains after bathing on floor. the food is very tasty, but they should expand breakfast offer and the volume of portions for guests who stay for a longer period.

Staff are honestly one of the most helpful I’ve ever met, always ready to resolve your needs. The whole hotel is quite new and rooms are very comfy. You get free bottled water every day in your room. Swimming pool area is very nice. Hotel restaurant is also a good option if you don’t want to go to Ubud (15 min by car).

The only bad thing was breakfast, which was quite poor in my opinion. You get to choose from a predefined list the night before: while the amount of things you can pick from is OK (1 main, fruit salad or fruit with yogurt, coffee and juice), the quality does not meet the hotel standards (especially the fruit). In addition, portions are too small.

My recent stay at Kahayana Suites Ubud was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. They were always eager to assist, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, expertly cooked and beautifully presented. The quality of the food, combined with the outstanding service, made dining at the hotel a real highlight. I wholeheartedly recommend Kahayana Suites Ubud and look forward to returning soon.
