Beautifully kept with everything you need

Our room was directly next to the building area which was LOUD from 9-5pm everyday - that made any time in the room not very enjoyable during those hours. I feel like people should be told about those things before they make a booking

Wow staff here are amazing so gracious and warm, true balinese hospitality at its finest. Pool was so refreshing and great breakfast included!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest smiles and genuine kindness that made us feel instantly at home. The people here are beyond incredible — their attention, care, and heartfelt hospitality are something I will never forget. The place itself is simply beautiful: surrounded by nature, perfectly maintained, and spotlessly clean. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to truly relax and enjoy Ubud’s charm. Staying here was more than just a holiday — it was an experience filled with warmth, beauty, and connection. I can’t recommend it highly.

Manager was very helpful and friendly. We had asked for 2 twin rooms close together and as they didn’t have this available, he upgraded our rooms and added extra beds. Rooms were clean. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was delicious, though they bring out meals one by one and there can be delays in between. Breakfast is ordered the night before and no water is provided at breakfast unless requested. Ubud can be an hour taxi ride into the centre due to traffic, however taxis are very cheap. The spa was incredible and good value. Lovely seating area outside our room, which was nice to hang swimming costumes etc.

Not much, everything was lovely. Just delays in between individual breakfasts, air con sometimes noisy and toilet roll ran out a couple of times and there were no spares.

The Kahayana Suites are located on the way from Denpasar to Ubud, just a short road away from the busy main street. Once you arrived and have been welcomed at the open Reception, you immediately feel the relaxing character of the location. The pool is surrounded by flowering trees, followed by the terraces of the nearby suites. It's open design offers less space for privacy, but at the same time it creates the respectful and charming character of a silent resort which you explore on bare feet only. The breakfast in the topaz cafe offers a great start into your day, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Most loved were the fresh and juicy local fruits, either as drinks or bowls or fruit platter. I recommend to use commute apps, like grab or Gocar to get around. The streets to ubud are usually busy, and you got to be a chilled character and willing to take some risk, if you want to explore them on your own with a scooter. Grab a car instead for some RPs and do not forget to tip drivers. Does not hurt, but helps them. I also recommend the massage treatments, which also help you to switch off and arrive in paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness, making us feel at home instantly. The staff here go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Thank you to the front desk Mrs. Era and the team who were incredibly welcoming, making check-in seamless and always with a warm smile. Housekeeping ensured our room was spotless every day, paying attention to the smallest details. The restaurant and bar staff were equally impressive, providing excellent service, delicious food and drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks for the staff and Mrs. Dayu for her service, kindness and always with her genuine smile. And most likely a special thanks for Mr. Wira who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attentiveness, friendliness, genuineness and professionalism truly stood out. Whether it was helping with recommendations, spending time with us, ensuring our needs were met or simply greeting us with a smile every day, his dedication made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful with serene surroundings, comfortable rooms, a peaceful atmosphere and 15 min by car to Ubud center. It's perfect for relaxation. But what truly sets Kahayana Suites apart is the people. The staff’s hospitality made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their kindness. We absolutely loved our stay at Kahyana Suites Ubud. The location is perfect: just 15 minutes from the center of Ubud, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful oasis. The pool area is such a relaxing spot to unwind and escape the busy atmosphere of the town. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even assisted in organizing a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, which made our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the dinner was just as fantastic. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend Kahyana Suites and would love to come back someday!

Our room was pretty large, clean and restful. All staff were assisted to us for everything that what we requested and asked. Pool and garden was too cool. I would like to send my special thanks to staff in front office; Dear Risa Dear Era Dear Ina Reservation staff Dear Dayu Mr. Deyu who work in front office and manager Mr Wira.

I was gone to hotel two days late due to my health issue. I had buy a booking non refundable. I kindly asked to hotel about cancellation or refund and they rejected me. Off course they had a right like that but most of hotel accepts the kind of this request and I felt dissaponted because of. Don’t forget if you get a non refundable booking and then if you would like to cancel it you can not get refund. Even if you have real and dramatic reasons.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ubud. The staff were excellent – always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. We stayed in the suite with direct pool access, which was very comfortable and made for a relaxing experience. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for cooling off after exploring Ubud. The food was very good, with a nice mix of local and international options. The location is quiet, there is nothing of interest tho. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud

The only downside is the immediate area in front of the hotel – there are no real sidewalks, and not much of interest nearby, just a few local shops. But once you’re inside the hotel grounds, it’s a whole different world – quiet, serene, and just what we needed.

From the first day we felt at home. Everyone was very welcoming and ready to give us the best of the Kahayana Suite. The reception was very prepared and quick to satisfy our every request. (Thanks to Era and all the staff at the Reception) The breakfast is perfect. many different options. Fresh fruit every morning and Vegan / Vegetarian and Lactose Free options. (Thanks to Chindy and all the staff at the Restaurant) A wonderful and truly relaxing pool. With Grab, in a few minutes you can reach the center of Ubud. The location is excellent for visiting the magnificent places of Bali. Kahayana suite in our heart 🥰
