Everything was perfect! We spent our honeymoon in Kadewa and they made it more memorable. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, we also had a private bath outside that we used one night. The view from the pool was amazing, especially at sunset. We ordered dinner to our room every evening and we really liked all of them. A big plus is that on those days when we had to leave to hotel before the breakfast time, we let them know the previous day and they made us sandwiches and put them in a box with fresh fruit. The stuff was super nice as well.

The views were beautiful. The rooms were lovely and the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the pool was wonderful. Great value for money.

If you are driving yourself it might be a bit hard to find, especially I'd it is at night ad the road to get down to the resort is not easy to navigate.

Kadewa Retreat is in a very calm and tranquil spot. The people are incredibly friendly and will help you with anything. Our stay was easy and lovely.

Even though it is nice to be able to escape the busy city life of Ubud, it was at times a bit difficult to get into the city. It is very easy to get a Grab but in the morning around 10 and in the afternoon around 4 it was very busy on the road because there is only 1 main road to get to Ubud centre. Apart from that, there is also not much to be seen near the retreat (within walking distance). This is something to keep in mind.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had a late arrival at the airport and didn't expect to have anyone to wait for us. Our bed was decorated with rose and towel swans. The nice gentleman checked us in at 230 in the morning and took pictures for us. They had the beautiful picture framed and sent with us upon check out. The food, cleanliness, landscape, pool, location, and staff are top notch. The retreat was a great start of our wedding anniversary celebration.

The road leading up to the resort is not paved. Glad to have drivers to take us thru it.

This might’ve been the best place we stayed in in Indonesia. The villa is super comfy and beautiful and the resort is very charming. We had a great breakfast here, both Indonesian and Western options available. Great coffee as well. The staff was super friendly and kind and we had a nice chat with them. They arranged a scooter within a very short period of time, which comes in handy when you want to visit several please nearby. I can’t recommend a place more than this one, please go here!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The property and the views were absolutely amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

The only thing we found a bit challenging was the distance from Ubud center. Due to frequent traffic, it sometimes took up to 45 minutes to get there. However, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel made up for it.

Lovely property, pool areas and individual villas. Breakfast area/bar by the pool is lovely, despite current construction going on in the vicinity. Staff incredibly friendly and kind, approachable and helpful. Breakfast is good and varied. Evening meals at the bar are tasty and very reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay here overall.

Only that it was quite far out from Ubud - the area does not like you to use Grab/Gojek/Bluebird and other online taxis. The staff are very helpful at sorting out local taxi drivers, but it can still take 30-50mins into Ubud central area depending on traffic. Just worth noting if you want to get out and about from the villa, as it can be further than other accommodations, but the hotel itself and setting is so nice we could have gladly spent a few days by the pool/spa/massage areas!

The location and the view over the river amazing. The Bambu restaurant beautiful and the spa was ideally located so we could hear the water from the river below. The layout of the bedroom space very functional with adequate storage space & the small terrace & outdoor bath tub a plus. The staff very helpful, friendly & welcoming.

The access road to the property can be tricky on motorbike since it is the rainy season and the holes on the track were filled with water. It was strange not to have a reception area but the check in & check out still went out smoothly.

The room fantastic. My favourite ever! The pool fantastic and the view amazing.. the sounds of the nature. If you leave a stress life routine and you want to relax in the maximum here is the best place to do that!

I don’t like the breakfast. I would prefer a breakfast bluffet. More choices. Like yogurt more fruits, cheese, bread , honey, butter, marmalade , boiled eggs etc.. But the kitchen for lunch and dinner is very good. And delicious plates.

Beautiful place, stunning views but very remote to ubud centre. Perfect for a chilled get away! But we do love being easy access to bars and restaurants. Not able to use grab only local taxis which when we worked it out was super easy! We would definitely stay again but probably only do 2 days not 4. Walking distance to a gym called boot which was only 50k a day and loved it If you’re looking for a beautiful chilled quiet place to stay this is just stunning! Around 20-30mins in taxi to ubud Loved the breakfast of pancakes and fruit.

Slightly too remote for us but it is a stunning place to stay
