The buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner was really nice very fresh and tasty. The shower was great

Its advertised that staff is both English and Indonesian speaking I found it hard to communicate with out google translate . Not an issue . Tranfer to the airport would of been great but it was not available at all

in front of the road, easy access, near The Mall and a lot of foodies place. great staffs. good breakfast place.

the bathroom is okay but if you take a shower everywhere will be wet, maybe can have curtain or door.

Booked here alot of time. Will get clean room and good pillows when the occupancy not so high. But it wasnt the last time here. Unfortunately, i got 2 flat pillows, with some yellow stain on it. Dull white bed sheet which is will turn yellow slowly in couple of months. And the most annoying thing, some staff always knocked at the door asking for extend or check out meanwhile the reception already make a call to confirmed it. I know what time that i need to be checked out. But knocked at the door and re-asked the same question, that was rude.

Towel and Bed Cover needs to change with a new one, not just washing, it is already too old.

Located in the main road of margo raya and close to Dmall and many others restaurant

A bit insecure with the hygiene during this pandemic, it will be nice if the hotel make a poster or declaration that the room not only cleaned but also well sanitized

Value for money and clean. The room is cozy enough.

The parking area is so small, the air conditioner is very cold because the room is quite small.

Convenient location. Depot Square Garden is just across the road where you can go to for meal.

Breakfast was very good.
