Good location if stay in Depok area, hotel beside of mall so easy to find things what we need. Good breakfast, staffs are friendly. And thank you very much for the assistance of the officers who kept my husband phone charger & gold ring that left in the room after we called about that.

The breakfast is exceptional! The staffs are friendly, very accommodating and the room is also very comfortable. There's also laundry store and a mall near the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to travellers.

The refrigerator in my room might not function well. Just realise almost at the end of the stay. There's some not quite nice odour from the bathroom.

Love that there is a mall connected right next to the hotel with plenty of restaurants and cafe around. There is also a Family Mart right at the entrance of the hotel. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Customer service is excellent and plenty of delicious food available at the breakfast buffet.

Staff is so nice very professional breakfast is excellent I have visited 3 times but I will come back iam 100% satisfied .

Amazing buffet breakfast and a great location.

The sound insulation seems ok between rooms but outside noise (traffic, train etc) can still be heard. Not to the point you can't sleep but it can be noticeable.

The location, centre of Depok, busy area with multiple services, suitable for shopping. A big store and supermarket beneath the hotel
