The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. right in the heart of Jakarta and close to key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist, which really added to the comfort of my stay. My room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep throughout my stay. I was also impressed by how consistently clean and tidy everything was, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. Fast and reliable WiFi was another plus—it helped me stay connected and get work done with ease. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There was a great variety of tasty options, including healthy choices like brown rice and fresh veggies, which I really appreciated. The rooftop pool provided the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day, and the fitness center was clean and well-equipped. All in all, Mercure Jakarta Cikini offers fantastic value for money. I had a really enjoyable stay at Mercure Cikini! The staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and I appreciated the fast WiFi and cozy bed. I spent some time at the swimming pool. it was clean and a nice spot to relax, especially in the afternoon. I also tried the de’kafe restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the tasty food and variety of options. Room service was quick and convenient, which made my evenings that much easier. The gym is convenient had the basics I needed for a quick workout. My room had a view that I enjoyed, especially in the mornings. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!

I used the fitness centre a couple of times. it’s not huge, but it has what you need for a light workout. Room service was prompt and made my stay even more comfortable. My room had a nice view, which was a lovely bonus. All in all, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I’d recommend this place as their first choice

Hotel is located in a lovely, green, but still central neighborhood. Bed was comfy, room -nice. Didn’t hear the train tuning outside. Selection of breakfast was great. Rooftop view over the city is nice, as well as rest and bar area there. Of course, rooftop pool is a fantastic bonus. Overall great stay here.

We were very well looked after after a few setbacks. Mita is amazing and always looks after the guests. The executive chef Fateh Rechman is exceptional. His food was amazing in the restaurant. Last but not least , Vinna was amazing and ensured our stay was more than pleasant. Great staff and hotel, great location.

Cikini area is nice. From the hotel you can walk in 10min to the train station and go to Old Town in about 20min. Also there is a money changer inside the gold center just opposite the station. Raka at the front desk was helpful and willing to accommodate our room requests. Bed was very comfortable. Room size was OK. There is a water distributor outside of the elevator which serves the entire floor

Shower drainage needs to be fixed but on the whole no complaints
