Great value for money, location is very convenient right next to the mall, across another mall, and walking distance to several restaurants and outside amenities (like laundry). Facilities are also great, with options for entertaining little kids.

While the staff were friendly, we had an unpleasant experience where one of the staff were 'too friendly' with our child, carrying our child without permission when our child was clearly uncomfortable with it. We have communicated our complain to the hotel staff and they promised to bring it to management.

Absolutely amazing staff, every day. Met many different staff from kitchen, to front desk/concierge, to bell hoppers, to greeters, to housekeeping. All staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was maintained well, cleaned daily and amenities of the hotel was of great standard. Definitely will be back again when I visit Depok again. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Margo Hotel!

Nothing to dislike in my opinion :)

The breakfast is quite varied. There is a distinctive drink, which is turmeric herbal drink (jamu kunyit), and it is very delicious. This restaurant is also child-friendly because it is close to a fish pond, which makes children feel comfortable and enjoy staying longer.

The fish pond is located outside (smoking area), so it can be quite bothersome to breathe if someone is smoking. Therefore, we sometimes choose to eat indoors when that happens.

Clean and quiet room. Decent variety of food at the restaurant and they are relatively tastier compared to typical hotel food. The hotel installed small but they had many elevators, that we did not have to wait too long to go up to or down from the room.

Rather small standard room size to my like, but still ok. Car entrance from the main road and into the basement are pretty narrow, which is OK for experience drivers or small vehicle, otherwise have to be more cautious.

The hotel located just next to the Margo City Mall. The room is big and the breakfast is marvelous. So many varieties and selection in the buffet menu.

The hotel said hotel guest will have a free parking but somehow the hotel parking reservation does not integrate with the parking system. Eventhough the hotel receptionist said it is already registered, turned out it wast not. And I have to deal with the parking staff for 15 minutes and have to ask the hotel staff to come down to the parking garage and talked to the parking staff. Such as bad experience.

Breakfast was good, the room was spacious and clean and the staff always helpful. Close to the university and given how hard it is to move around the city, it was nice to be directly connected to a mall with plenty of restaurants..

The coffee machine in the restaurant never worked properly.

I like the breakfast. It is great. The location is fabulous, next to the Margo City. The receptionists are nice and patient to find me an umbrella and guide the bluebird driver to the door of lobby.

The Wi-fi is not so stable. My laptop can barely connect to it on the first day. The elevator is a little bit small and the waiting time is so long. No explicit instruction about how to adjust the temperature of air condition in the room, it's so cold.

This is a fantastic hotel, located at the Margo city shopping centre. The security is excellent, rooms are rooms and clean and the access to the shopping centre is easy. Parking is free for hotel guests, simply give your car number plate to reception and you are allowed to park anywhere in the hotel or shopping centre car park for free.

Excellent hotel, no negative experiences

I contact the hotel directly about the reservation for my nephew's wedding gift and my family to stay couple night after the weeding, and I requested for them to have extra service and they politely and friendly to give extra mile for them with no extra cost.

Nothing I don't like. Everything is as my expected. Everything is perfect.

The location is excellent, conveniently attached to a shopping mall, which makes my life much easier. The room service is exceptionally quick in fulfilling every request.

The breakfast should be more varieties while the restaurant is bleak and gloomy.
