Visited for 2 nights before attending a wedding. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional and the best we have ever experienced. Although we had the standard suite, this was still large and comfortable with everything you could think of including a heated toilet seat. Pool area was a bit of an oasis. We opted for the Club lounge and this was also a highlight and would highly recommend due to again the exceptional service and choice of menu. The hotel has it’s own entrance to the Lotte mall which was very convenient. We noticed a lot of security measures and not having visited Jakarta before we don’t know if this is the norm but it was reassuring to see. I have recommended this hotel to the wedding party if they want to celebrate in luxury in future.

The hotel was exactly as we expected,clean and spacious, The staff were unbelievably friendly and always willing to help with a big smile…They really made us feel special as if we were the only guest in the hotel🥹. Every day we returned to our room to find a sweet note from the staff along with chocolates or fruits ( this small gestures make huge difference in our stay ). Finally i wanna thank the housekeeper team for thier care and kindness. Cant forget to Thank Mr bayu and Mr beril and the whole staff for making our stay so memorable

What stood out the most, was the exceptional level of customer service offered at this hotel. I have never experienced this high a level of attention from the hotel staff, without making you feel uncomfortable. Every guest is quite literally made to feel like royalty. To take one example, at breakfast the staff watch you from afar and when they notice your water glass is nearing empty, they immediately come over and refill it. The offering at breakfast was vast and there were several ala' carte options available. The food was sublime and they even had a sushi bar and a bakery that offered patisseries created with exquisite detail. Having travelled accross four continents and stayed in a plethora of hotels, Raffles Jakarta is like none other. My wife said, "It's worth travelling all the way from London, just to stay here" and I totally agree. The stay at this hotel made our trip to Jakarta perfect. Indonesians have a very rich culture that exudes good etiquette and manners, with Raffles hotel just adding their exacting standards on an already winning formula.

First of all endless love to all the people who made me feel at home at Raffles Jakarta: Audrey, Fahrul, Felix, Amanda, Ratu, Jojo, Dimas, Natan and many many others! They surprised me everyday, remembered all my preferences in food & even colors! Even served me desserts under the rain & found me kecombran, which even wasn’t on the menu! 🥰🥰🥰 Even cooked black sticky rice for me daily as soon as they found out that it was my favorite! 🥰🥰🥰 It was my Birthday trip & post-surgery recovery - Raffles was the best place for that! I felt so much care - a real princess treatment! The Artist’s Suite with the city view bath, the garden with sculptures, the mosaics, the gorgeous pool! Tried the lavender massage at the spa - a total bliss! The yoga deck with the garden view! It’s so easy to forget that this is a hotel in the middle of a busy city - Raffles is a real hideaway oasis!!

Just some mosquitos by the pool, but the hotel even offers repellents for free, so there’s absolutely nothing to complain about! 😆🥰

This place is 5+ stars – next level luxury and service. The staff were so attentive, they even offer a packing service! When I got sick, they arranged a doctor, came with him supported me with my son, sent me free food. The room was utter luxury, more like a suite with a separate lounge area that could be closed off (we were in a garden room) and the views!! And the bathroom!! Huge with two basin, separate shower and huge bath and a heated toilet seat wash-let. Utter luxury and class. The pool was beautiful and an unexpected lovely garden to watch the sunset from what must be the roof of the adjacent mall, accessible through a connecting door. Treat yourself. It’s worth it!
