The location was the best, when you could walk to Malioboro road within 1 minute. Though it was two-star hotel, facilities were provided covering almost all you could ask during your stay. Staff was very kind and eager to help whenever you ask (though they might miss some English). The breakfast consisted of various kinds of food, such as traditional and western style.

I was not sure if the scent was from any perfume the hotel used, or general fragrance in the local area, or the smell of general quality of air conditioning and washing machines. However, if you generally do not feel unusual or unpleasant about it, this matter will not worry you anyways.

The position of the hotel was just perfect, as it was just off Marioboro St and close to all the other attraction, markets ,museums and station. The breakfasts were fabulous, with so much variety and the breakfast staff were exceptional keeping everything fresh and clean, which was a huge job as it was packed everyday ...public holidays ! The reception staff were also exceptional, friendly welcoming and helpful. We were there for a week of chaos out on the streets, but our hotel remained quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay .

The room was very " compact " so found that a little uncomfortable for 7 days with virtually no hanging space or surfaces to store possessions. The room needed a bit of maintenance.

The location in the heart of Malioboro made it easy to get around. Staff spoke English well and were lovely and helpful, eager to help book a Grab or whatever we needed. Breakfast was extensive with a large spread of Indonesian breakfast items and made to order eggs. The room was clean and had everything we needed - including a rare sighting of a hair dryer! The hotel had mostly Indonesian guests, which gave it a more local feel.

There was an occasional sewer smell from the bathroom. The wifi was ok, but sometimes dropped out. The room was quite small. But none of these things were deal-breakers. We would be happy to stay there again!

The staff and the location is excellent. Located in the strategic area in Malioboro (only short walking distance). The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast is great even though the room is full but the staff work fast and efficient.

The pillow and pillow case unfortunately smell funny and looks dirty like it has not been replaced from the previous occupants. One of the towel also looks dirty and smell awful. Others are fine.

The hotel is strategically located on Malioboro Street. So its very convenient to go shopping or simply enjoying the ambiance at night. It also has huge breakfast selection, and price-wise for meals ordered in room is very affordable, and not expensive at all. The hotel also has free flow complementary drinks from morning till night at its lobby so thats a plus point.

The breakfast and the good attitude of the staff, and the location is just convinient, walking distance to the Malioboro street. For girls, if you like your hair hanging wet and airdry naturally, you are suitable to stay here.

1) The soundproof should be enhanced and improvised, easily can hear even the water flush next door. 2) Hairdryer - room descriptions includes hairdryer, but in fact only provided upon request. And the hairdryer kept in our room, After fell asleep, phone rang at 11pm, while we are already aslept, just to get back the hairdryer. Suggest to have a quiet hours not to disturb the guests at night. Secondly, the hairdryer were taken without informing the guests, after shower only realised the hair dryer is gone, which is very RUDE, as is impossible for us to wait until the hairdryer is available with our WET hair. For girls, think twice, and dont shower late night.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast range although mostly Indonesian, great and quiet location, very clean, free water access, very secure.

Shower design meant that water got all over the bathroom floor, corridor was a bit noisy at times, room was on the smaller side but adequate especially for location.

It is possible to reach everywhere on foot, as it is on the shopping street in the heart of the city. The hotel offers a varied breakfast with regional delicacies. Rooms and hotel are very clean. The location of the hotel is awesome despite it is situated at a very busy and famous street, not noisy at all. Cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, room, the bed and pillows are beyond expectation. We had a good sleep and rest. Finally, customer service rendered by staff Mr Yoga is of a 5stars hotel. Assisting us in anyway possible. Thank you! Definitely recommended and I myself will choose this hotel for my next visit in Yogyakarta city ❤️

The location is strategic.. Near to Malioboro street within 2 minutes you reach the shopping street .

The lighting for the bathroom is not bright and no indicator on the bathroom hot and cold but I manage to figure out how to use it. It's just a minor issue, not a big deal.
