Cozy, clean and well kept place. Shared kitchen. Free drinking water refill and coffee. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the place is very noisy due to thin walls and some inconsiderate staff. During the last two nights of our stay we had to ask the staff several times to please respect their own displayed quiet times (9pm-7am), because they were playing the guitar and chatting loudly just outside our room up until midnight. It was stressful and annoying having to get up again, get outside and ask them several times to stop the noise so that we could finally get some sleep.

This is first time I'm stay here, small place but very warm for family, the room very cleanes, the owner and staff very carefully, the location very strategic because not far from, malioboro, alun-alun kidul, resto raminten, and else,, there is a small kitchen for cooking 👨‍🍳 very nice place, cozy room.

There is mosquito, maybe need equipment for cleareing the problem.

It was a really nice place with helpful staff, and they had easy integration with tours. It was a pretty central area and very affordable. The room had AC and was very comfortable. The room had a nice garden view as well. The staff also speak english, which was very helpful for me.

One of the only things I didn't really like was that there was ants there, but when I let them know they got some ant poison to use for the room.

Very strategic location in the city, very friendly and accommodating host and staff, and well kept facilities. Good value if you're on a budget and plan to be out exploring most of the time. Fair scooter rental prices are offered here too, and the Honda Beat unit I was given was still in very good condition.

My room didn't have a window, so the sheets tended to get damp because of the AC (or perhaps weren't dry enough to begin with). Also no hot water for the shower in my private bathroom.

I really enjoyed my accommodation here.. The staff was extremely friendly, they helped me organize my day trips outside the city and also they suggested some nice places i could go eat close to the neighbourhood.. The location was perfect even though it was around 40 minutes walk from the center of the city(which i didn't like). This neighbourhood was a far better choice and after all you can always take a moto-taxi in a fair price..

The woman who worked there was extremely nice to us,she helped us arrange different types of activities and she was just so kind. They also helped us with renting scooters for 2 days which we found amazing to drive. The breakfast was very cheap and pretty tasty. The rooms were clean and the A/C worked good.

great ambiance, peaceful place, not crowded, friendly host, scooter rental on side, sufficient room space for budget traveller, attached bathroom, nice interior design, kitchen and refillable water, chill songs played at hall, clear rules of respecting other guest.

Bring In House is a perfect, simple get away in a lovely neighbourhood in Jogja. The hosts are so nice, welcoming and helpful, even up for some trips if they have the time. There is a shared kitchen for the guests and everyone has their own bathroom. Bring In House is located close to Jogja's many collective art spaces and some excellent food stalls, yet the street itself is quiet and safe. The room is cleaned every 3/4 days.

Honestly, not much was missing. The price is perfect for what you get. For those who would miss it, there is no hot water, but the water didn't feel cold at all. The room itself has a little shelf and a bed, but if you need a table, you can use the one in the shared kitchen.

The staff were lovely, make us feel very welcoming and helping us with the bike, the taxi and they were offering coffee or tea. We could learn about the culture of Yogikarta and they provide us with a good list of restaurant to try local food (if you are more adventerous) or western food.

Amazing value property! The common area is so cosy and comfortable, it just felt like being at home 😊 friendly and helpful staff in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again when in Yogyakarta
