It's very very close to one of the train terminals and a short 20 min walk to Malioboro street. We also walked to the water palace and all that area, so if you like walking you'll find it great. There's a supermarket within walking distance too, and a very nice restaurant like 4 mins away (it's a purple one, walking towards the train station). They five you water everyday and there's also a big jug with hot and cold water available 24/7. It was clean and you could see the staff cleaning many times a day, and also the mattress and the pillows were awesomely comfortable.

The surrounding area is not too nice to hang around. Also the announce mentioned the kitchen but not that there's a fee per day to use it, and it says laundry but there's not such service at the place.

Room was clean and modern, bed very comfy. Strong AC. Hot water shower, toilet with bidet and toilet paper. Strong and reliable WiFi! Each room has a nice sitting area right out front, wonderful to sip a morning coffee. Large common spaces and free coffee/tea in the mornings and evenings. Free drinking water, plus 2 bottles of water per night. Good location. Right by Lempuyangan train station with trains to Prambanan Temple or Solo for just 8k. Many cheap food stalls around. 15 min walk to Malioboro street or a 7k moto ride to Prawirotaman street. I was able to leave my bag there after checkout. Parking for cars and motorcycles.

It's rather loud, as the motorcycle parking area is right in front of the rooms. So you hear the roar of their engines in the mornings and at night. There's also a mosque next door with a loud call to prayer at 4:30am. The AC in my room (106) sometimes made a strange high pitched chirping noise.

The staff were friendly and they allowed me to store my main luggage in their office overnight on two occasions. Air-conditioning systems worked very well in the rooms I stayed. The staff assisted me with getting a sim-card. There's a trendy coffee shop that also serves light meals just a couple minutes walk from the hotel and they stay open quite late.

It's a bit far from Malioboro Street and it feels a bit 'remote'. It's about a 15 minute brisk walk to Malioboro, but if you've done it once, its easy to find the way. Personally I had no problem with walking and it seemed to be safe ( I was told that it's safe).

Nice place with a great price! Confortable and cozy. As a solo traveller, this was perfect to take a good rest after a day in the caves or walking around. Free coffee and tea, with an impeccable service. The staff is so nice, and Joko the manager was kind enough to bring me to different typical places in Jogja. Thank you to the team for everything!!!

Location was strategic. It around 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from Lempuyangan train station. You can also finds some local foods for breakfast with affordable price. We tried their breakfast, yellow rice; and it was great (the portion and the taste). You have to choose your breakfast and tell the front office before 10pm, so that they can provide for you. The breakfast is provided directly to your room. However, you can also tried local food in the Lempuyangan Market during breakfast. They offered cheap and tasty food.

There is no phone in our room to contact the front office. However we can contact them through WhatsApp chat. The toilet have some problems since the water keeps running out, but we can fix by ourself.

Easy walk from the train station and close to Malioboro attractions. The room was clean with plenty of space. Staff were nice and helpful with bags, they let us leave them with reception before check-in and after check-out due to train times. Also, easy to rent a scooter from here to go see the temples.

all attention to detail, possibility of having free access to the kitchen, dining room and a comfortable table with two chairs outside the room to smoke a cigarette

the only thing that created some inconvenience was the positioning of the air conditioner directly above the beds, moved a couple of feet behind the entrance door it would not have disturbed sleep with its jet of air

Free coffee and tea, good space to eat, comfortable rooms and beds, friendly staff, very pleasant, calm and beautiful area.

The restaurant didn't work, so it was difficult to have a breakfast before the tours. On the other hand it wasn't easy to find something to take away for dinner nearby.

the property located near Lempuyangan station and famous Malioboro street. This place is best for a place to rest after touring the city. the staff is friendly, the room isn't too spacy but very comfort and the cleanliness is good.

Quiet, friendly staff. Helped us book our tour. Was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice outdoor seating area. Really excellent price and short walk from the second train station.

The bathroom toilet leaked, and the aircon outflow was into the toilet, which meant it was wet constantly. WiFi was really poor. Quite far for the tourist areas but grab is cheap.
