Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, the breakfast was good and had a good selection. Staff was very helpful and polite.

In our room (216) - the door had a glitch and only opened after the second scan of the card, one of the electric outlets between the beds (close to the window) didn’t work. The hot water ran out very quickly. None of this was a big problem, it is just a report for improvement.

Very nice hotel, especially walking distance from the jogja station as well as malioboro street. It's very clean n modern type hotel ,relatively new. Have most of facilities star hotel offers. Buffet breakfast is so good with many varieties. There s nice view of mountains from the top floor where one restaurant also have. I got rental motor bike just adjacent building on reasonable rate. Staffs are nice and well behaved.

Very good location close to the train station and the main Malioboro street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also helped me with a problem that I had with my Indonesian SIM card. The hotel as such is very new. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and delicious with a lot of possibilities for international and local tourists. Definitely recommended.

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay, location was great as is just a short walk to Malioboro street. Breakfast was great too as there is a great spread of local and international dishes. Room wise was big and clean and the water pressure was great. Overall, my family would stay again when we visit Yogyakarta.

Well, the hotel could assign a smoking area at the ground level instead of the whole lobby.

Its a new hotel from what Ive heard, so it was nice, I stayed for 5 nights (April 26th - May 1st 2025), perfect location (approx. 450m from Tugu train station arrival's gate), variant breakfast choices, staff are very friendly & helpful, was a great experience❤️

We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the location was great - very close to the main Malioboro street but out of the immediate hustle and bustle. The breakfast was also extensive, varied and delicious.

The WiFi was a little patchy and slow.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel is well located for attractions. 24 hour reception very helpful. Travelling with husband and three daughters. Short walk to Jalan Maliboro and within walking distance of sultan palace. Tea and water in reception nice touch and breakfast good. The super friendly staff make this a great place to stay.

This hotel is very welcoming. It has ample space in the lobby and restaurant. The room and bathroom sizes are good and most importantly, clean. They offer room service, which is a plus after a long day exploring the city. Staff is courteous and attentive. The location is also good, close to the train station.

Location is in the centre of Malioboro. Food is nice, room is huge for a family of 2+ 2 children and a baby.

Room has cigarette smell and room floor was swollen from water soaking because of bad design of the toilet/bath area.

Clean, friendly staff, food good, location very good for Malioboro Road (10 min walk), not exceptional but very good.

Nothing but location of swimming pool not really good.
