The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I was delighted to receive a free room upgrade. I didn’t try the breakfast, but the Mirwari restaurant’s Kurdish cuisine was absolutely out of this world delicious and authentic!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If I had to mention something, I just wish I had more time to enjoy all the hotel’s amenities.

The staff were too good to be true, they were super polite and basically each time I visit them gave me a free upgrade for the room, I requested ice, and water they literally bring me one large packet of water and a bucket of ice, they had gym and swimming pool which is great.

Great location, easy access in/ out, can easily reach city center and close to malls and shopping centers, wonderful staff, very helpful, do their job happily, they upgraded my rood to deluxe room without extra charges

A place to stay

We stayed one night last weekend in Sulaymaniyah and really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was big and comfortable, and our daughter felt right at home. The facilities were great too — we tried the indoor pool, shower, and sauna, all very good. The location is convenient, and the shaded parking was a big plus, especially in the hot summer. Honestly, nothing negative to say about our stay. We’d definitely come back again!
